I went with my family that live in Michigan. There were only two types of apples to pick but we had a blast doing it. The little ones (7 & 11) loved it! I can't wait to try the bread and BBQ sauce I got. We also go some apples that we couldn't pick and they're so yummy!! The donuts were really good too. We didn't go into the play area because it was way too expensive for 2 kids and 8 adults (older kids) even if we were just going to watch the kids we would have to pay. Would love to go back in the fall! It was a fun outing.

A spectacular collection of Americana automotive and automotive related history - likely not duplicated anywhere else.

It would seem impossible to add any additional favorable comments to the dozens already submitted, and shared by earlier visitors. This is an absolutely must see museum, even if you are not a die hard car enthusiast. There is also a collection of pedal cars, a period service station, an actual Walt Disney movie production set, a re-constructed 1950's Cadillac dealership and the list goes on and on, including an original refurbished Blue Moon diner that serves some great lunches. The soup of the day special at the time we attended was apple-pumpkin - a flavor I had never heard of but was it ever great.

A very unique section of the museum provides a large display along with many huge photo boards telling the story of "The Green Book," a chapter of American history I was completely unfamiliar with. Highly interesting and an outstanding presentation!

Be well rested when you arrive as there is so many buildings to tour and so very much to see. It's likely the day will run out before you get to see all the museum has to offer.

Surely one of America's finest - and larger, automotive museums

W. K. Kellogg Manor House

Reviewed By Gloria G - New York City, New York

This estate of William Kellogg, inventor of Corn Flakes and the Kellogg company founder is worth a visit if you are in the area, but it's not a destination. Stopped by while my husband spent far too much time at the nearby Gilmore Car Museum. The interior is dark and dreary and furniture from the 1920's midwest is not exciting. Grounds, however, are lovely.

We love it here! Eagle Lake beach is clean and large. The campground bathrooms are kept nicely clean. Large family showers making camping with young children much easier. Most campsites are wooded and private.

A lot of the campsites are a dirt/sand ground. Not much grass.

There are raccoons, so pick up food at night.

My only con is that our site had a lot of poison ivy around.

If you're looking for a somewhat rustic campground and a nice getaway this is the place! Great place to enjoy nature!
