This is a very memorable tour to be able to see London from a very different angle. Ebg’s 4-seater helicopter G-PAMY is very ideal for 3 tourists where everyone gets a great spacious window-view. I did the 30 minute aerobatic flight experience for my 30th birthday which was fantastic! My pilot - Lawrence was friendly and professional and made me feel very comfortable prior and throughout the flight. He let me fly the plane before taking over for the aerobatic experience which was a complete adrenaline rush and the most exciting thing I have ever done (better than sky diving and bungee jumping) then he let me fly back to the flight centre - he landed the plane... I would highly recommend this experience to anyone and everyone and can't wait to go back! Thank you Lawrence for the best flight I have ever had!!
One thing to acknowledge is that spectators won't be able to see the acrobatics as they do not take place above the Redhill Aviation Centre - therefore my parents and boyfriend just waited for 30mins without being able to watch my experience.

I went to a ‘relaxed’ performance one afternoon before Christmas with my two grandchildren. This meant that we didn’t have to worry about our 3 year old participating!
I was very impressed by everything - singing, script, dancing, costumes etc.
We were sat in the front row and Peter Pan, Captain Hook and others waved at our 3 year old who was thrilled (as was I to be honest).
A thoroughly enjoyable pantomime - of a standard that I hadn’t really anticipated at a local theatre. I certainly won’t go any further afield in future.

The Garibaldi Pub

The Garibaldi is a local community pub run by Friends of The Garibaldi, a group formed to save the existing pub and re-open it as a community pub. The pub itself has stood on Mill Street for over 150 years and has always been a place for people from all walks of life to come together and socialise over a drink. Our aim is to keep the friendly, local feel of the pub whilst introducing facilities which the whole community can benefit from. These include, a community garden, coffee mornings and more

This lovely old pub has now re-opened after a few months closure. That event itself is a rarity, but then the Garibaldi has always been a special pub, and its recent closure was a tragedy. It is now being run by a group of enthusiastic and hard-working volunteers, and as a former regular customer, I wish it the very best.
It has always been a special place, with an interesting and unique building, and a lovely garden sloping away from the road. It also features a range of delicious beers.
It is to be hoped that its former customers, especially in larger groups and parties, will remember what a gem this place is, will think of it as a real community pub, and give it every support in the coming months and years by patronising it whenever possible.

I spent last Sunday visiting Redhill Aerodrome with my boyfriend, having been bought a 1-hour flying experience day for my birthday. The two guys running the flying school that day were really friendly and put us at ease straight away (I think my boyfriend was more scared of me flying than I was).
There was a cute little café right by the planes so my boyfriend could watch us take-off and land whilst eating lunch!
The day started off with me getting shown round the plane and shown all the levers and buttons. Then I got told how to turn the plane in the air. The instructor asked me where I lived, and we were able to fly right over the top of our house after about 20 minutes in the air!
Flying was so much fun! I was able to take control for most of the flight but I guess you could just sit there taking pictures if you wanted to. It is a great way to spend an afternoon, and there are a few country pubs close by, one of which we had a nice roast afterwards. Great day out.

Past by the golf club restaurant many times. Prompted by friends to visit and not disappointed. Although a busy Sunday lunchtime, there is plenty of space between tables and the ability to hear one another's conversations an advantage. Food very good and reasonable prices. The nine of us will return very shortly.
