FAME Organic Pharming Project

Reviewed By 602exg - London, United Kingdom

The project is a hybrid of a botanical garden and organic farm. You will be taken to a guided tour about the farm and organic farming, especially on medicinal plants. The guide was very friendly, helpful and the farm was very beautiful. The white marble collection is also quite impressive.

National Kandawgyi Botanical Gardens

This copy of London's Kew Gardens was built in 1917.

Reviewed By 715katalinr - Bristol, United Kingdom

A historic and long established botanical garden in huge grounds. The butterfly house, the orchid collection and the entire gardens are beautiful and so peaceful to walk around in. The black swans on the lake are mesmerising and as the place was designed by the same person who created London's Kew Gardens, it feels like 'home'in the heat! Don't miss it!

Anisakan Falls

Reviewed By David908 - Atlanta, United States

If you view the falls from the top you will pay 1000 kyat to park your vehicle. You can view the falls from several overlooks, each separated by 25 to 50 steps. To view the falls from the bottom you take a different road and hike down the mountain for about 45 minutes. There is a temple, in several water pools, at the bottom of the falls. It is exciting for the children as the mist flows over them. Well worth the hike if your children are energetic
