The 10 Best Things to do in Pont-de-Flandre, Ile-de-France

May 2, 2022 Marlin Saiz

Lingering over pain au chocolat in a sidewalk café, relaxing after a day of strolling along the Seine and marveling at icons like the Eiffel Tower and the Arc de Triomphe… the perfect Paris experience combines leisure and liveliness with enough time to savor both an exquisite meal and exhibits at the Louvre. Awaken your spirit at Notre Dame, bargain hunt at the Marché aux Puces de Montreuil or for goodies at the Marché Biologique Raspail, then cap it all off with a risqué show at the Moulin Rouge.

Putting on exceptional concerts is only one aspect of the Philharmonie de Paris. With its rehearsal rooms, educational centre, exhibition space, restaurants and convivial setting within the Parc de la Villette, it has been designed as a true 'living space'.

This newest concert hall of Paris is always full as the programs are excellent, they bring the best orchestras and artists from all over the world and also because of the excellent acoustics of the concert hall. The perfect acoustic is achieved by a very special asymmetrical architecture and patterns on the walls. They offer subscriptions and discounts for the tickets for subscribers so many people from all over France, Europe and the world visit this interesting concert hall each season. This is actually a cultural complex with theaters, cinemas and exhibition halls. The famous Paris conservatoire is also here. There are many restaurants and bars to eat or drink in the neighborhood before or after a concert.
