Qila Bahadurgarh

Reviewed By Vikas G - New Delhi, India

I was really happy when I first came to know about this place. I planned to visit here with my friend from Jaipur. He was carrying his camera. We faced a bit of difficulty in locating this quila as it's name has been changed to Commando training centre. During our first step inside it's premises, a guard stopped us for identification and asked us few weird questions related to our profession that whether we belong to media or not. We were not able to understand the basic motive of these questions. Finally he allowed us to enter. We were shocked to see the way national heritage has been treated by Punjab government. There were so many areas inside quila which had been used by govt for their own benefit. So many sculptures which were sign of our great history, had been destroyed or not taken care of. I was shocked to see the broken areas all around with major area of these huge quila occupied by training equipment, offices and flats. I wanted to put light upon this issue. So I am planning to file a written complaint also. I request other people also to visit and experience the bitter truth.

Deer Park

Reviewed By Monika J - Barog

Overall it was good experience. Visited this place with my nephew. He enjoyed it and collected few feathers of birds. But right on the way to this park, there is beed of monkeys. If you are having any eatables with you, they can attack. So be careful and enjoy. Stay safe from monkeys... And please don't irritate zoo residents.
