Unieke delicatessen winkel waar men direct de productie van de pralines kan volgen. Verder specialiteiten uit gans Europa waarvan er meerdere zijn waar wij de enige verdeler in Belgie zijn Altijd gratis proevertjes.

We saw this abbey on our way back home from the seaside. It was on SAT and the restaurant was >full house<. We viseted the garden with medical plants. Many of these plants are not shown on other places, as they are toxic, but if You mind the fences it will not be a problem. There are two shops to buy home-made products like several cheeses , ham, sausages and three different abbey beers, all made in the monastery by monks. All of very good taste and quality. In the shop outside the abby on the other side of the road there is more choice of foodstuff. On the free parking area there are several Belgian fries selling points , quite nice and not overpriced. The overcrowded restaurant we visited in FEB 2020, as this is off-peak season. Also very recommendable mit local dishes , cakes and cheese plates. All was excellent. If possible, avoid to visit on weekend in the warm season.
