Mays Landing is an unincorporated community and census-designated place (CDP) located within Hamilton Township, Atlantic County, New Jersey, United States. At the 2010 United States Census, the CDP's population was 2,135. It is the county seat of Atlantic County. The community was named for Captain George May, who sailed the Great Egg Harbor River in 1740, and purchased land in the area in 1756.

For years, I drove past Balic Winery on my way to work and never once stopped to check it out. Wine just wasn’t my “thing”. Or so I thought. Then I stumbled upon their booth at the Atlantic City Wine and Food Festival and Balic’s owner, Mr. Bojan Boskovic, implored me to at least give it a try. So I did and immediately fell in love with their Cream Red, Cream White and Almanique wines. Since that fateful day, Balic has become one of my favorite wineries to visit and it is the perfect jumping off place for wine newbies. Tastings at Balic Winery are non-condescending, unhurried, fun, educational, and most of all, FREE. With over 25 varieties of wine, you are guaranteed to find a favorite. While Balic prides itself on its European accented dry wines such as Alexander The Great, Red Velvet, Napoleon Bonaparte, etc. they have a wealth of semi-sweet and fruit wines as well. Their Pomegranate wine is not only delicious but also healthy and loaded with antioxidants. Their Blueberry, Blackberry, and Cherry wines are sweet and refreshing without being sugary. But my personal favorite is also Balic’s most unique wine – Pumpkin. Yup, you read that right, they have a wine made from pumpkins. Not only is it awesome, it has become a permanent fixture at our Thanksgiving and Christmas dinner tables. Balic is not just a “taste and run” winery, they implore you to spend time enjoying their beautiful grounds, whether it be lounging under the trellis on their patio or venturing out to the picnic area and gazebo. There, you will be greeted by Mariah, Balic’s friendly four-legged ambassador. Fun fact – the Golden Retriever’s countenance is embossed on every bottle of Pumpkin wine. Pack a lunch (yes, you are allowed to bring food!) and get ready to enjoy a delightful day. Balic also hosts holiday and summer events - be sure to follow them on Facebook so you don’t miss out!

This is a wonderful place for a family outing. Kids of all ages can relax and enjoy the many animals roaming around; from dogs,cats, goats, pigs, horses, skunks and so many more! Great place to de-stress! Since it is a non-profit private animal rescue, donations are appreciated!

My Best Friend and I went to see the Avengers, and it was AWESOME...from the moment we walked in until we departed the theater the staff was so welcoming I felt like I was at a relatives house to see a movie on the couch LOL. We bought our tickets in advance, and when we returned for our movie time, we had no problems getting to our movie right away.

Thank you to Get Air in Mays Landing, NJ for your hospitality and making my son’s birthday a memorable one! Your staff, especially Hallie, was very nice and did an excellent job with setting up, getting kids registered, and checking in on us throughout the party. The kids had so much fun, they wanted to stay an extra hour! Thank you to the General Manager, Mr. Trott, for working with us and making it an affordable birthday party. Your facility was clean, staff was kind, and trampolines were amazing! I highly recommend Get Air for Birthday parties or just a fun time out with your kids. Plus it’s great exercise for all ages!!

The Museum holds artifacts, historical data, maps, deeds, and photographs. The museum is open Thurs. 6 to 8 P.M. & Sat. 10 A.M. to 2P.M. The Society hosts a number of events throughout the year including; The Halloween Ghost Walk, the Holiday House Tour, Historic District Tours & Art in the Park.
