This gallery has a broad collection of artwork (both large and small.) The setting allows for very large exhibits, including those best experienced from a "hands-on" point of view. One can spend an afternoon here, depending on your appreciation of the exhibits currently on display. I recommend checking to see what is being shown, before going.

Our friends are pretty knowledgeable about wine and have been members of the wine club here for many years. We have accompanied them on several occasions, so when they invited us to the wine stomping, we went. Great time. With the admission, you sample six of the wines available, can have a tour of the winery itself, picnic, dance to music and, of course, stomp some grapes. Fabulous view of the Hudson below. There is pizza from a wood fired oven and cider donuts. Picnic tables are set out in the sun and under the trees. We ended up joining the wine club and leaving with 4 bottles. The bottom line is that the wine is just that good. The stainless steel chardonnay soft and crisp. The Traminette is just sweet enough and reminds me of a Gruner Veltliner at its best. The Proprietors reserve and the Baco Noir should please any lovers of red wine. Simply top notch and something for every taste. The sweet Marlboro Village Blush is like dessert in a bottle. It is that good. We look forward to attending more tastings and special events.

This is a great outdoor water park. Although it's been around quite a while, the attractions are always in good working order, looking fresh and clean. There are lots of new attractions too, seems each year they add another big one! I always feel safe with my child here, lots of lifeguards who are not distracted and lots of employees always smiling and ready to help. It's big enough to enjoy for the day but small enough that you won't tire yourself out running around. If you're local a season pass is a great deal and would definitely recommend.

We went here with friends from France who ride and have motorcycles. My husband and I only have a passing interest in such. However, we were really impressed with the extensive display of so many fantastic motorcycles. Our more experienced friends were totally wowed. There is interesting history here as well. Staff is really nice and helpful. Highly recommend!

My Family and I just did the Walkway Over The Hudson River. It was great. A fantastic and relaxing view of the Hudson River. Somehow this beautiful walk gave me some time to meditate and I felt some type of melancholy about life and goals ( achievements that I personally need to adquire ). Kind of strange. Maybe because the cloudy day. Anyways, if you get a chance to visit this place please do it. You won't regret it

Hadn't planned on stopping here but we saw signs and followed them. They didn't exactly lead us in the right direction, but we found the appropriate parking lot in the end. Walked out pas a cutified former railroad station and found ourself suspended above the Hudson River. Great stuff.
It used o be a railwa bridge linking Highland Poorkeepsie. Now disused, with a lot of flair and marinating, it's been turned into a walkin/cycling route with a view. Nice to stroll out, along with other walkers, bicyclists and babies in their strollers. Pausing yo read informative signs about the history and wildlife if the area. Lots of view of the water and the two banks below.
Made it to the halfwa point from the Highland side. Sat and watched a jade blow bubbles into the wind. Walked back.
Highly recommended.

Wonderfully run operation. Staff is always friendly and willing to help. Chocolate shop is excellent, butcher shop is great and willing to accommodate your requests. Produce is excellent as is nursery. If you have never been there, treat yourself to the cider donuts made on the weekends. The bakery at the Wappingers store is excellent. The whole experience is worth the trip.

As a former farm boy, it is impossible for me to pass by a highly rated farm -- and this one rewarded that addiction. The range of apples on offer was limited of course because of the time of year, but other fruits, especially the blueberries, were excellent.
Perfect munching while exploring the Hudson River Valley by car.

The products here are so creative, colorful, and beautiful, but the best part is the glass blowing experience and working with the artists who create the glass objects. I went with a group and we really enjoyed having a mini tour.

The Hudson River is unbelievably beautiful when riding on the Pride of the Huson. Hearing the history of some view points, seeing them from the middle of the river makes you realize how very special the Hudson River really is. I could barely imagine how pleased Henry Hudson & his crew of the Half Moon felt as they road up the entire River to Hudson Bay. Our Wonderful crew on the Pride was friendly. The day was relaxing and picturesque. Great photo ops.
