Susan is so knowledgeable and friendly. My granddaughter and I went there to paint pottery. Susan spent so much time making sure we got exactly what we wanted and they turned out beautifully. Wearing masks is a must so we felt very safe. If you need a day out for some fun and coming home with your own creation, Elements is the place to go!! Melinda and Kelsey

Rising Sons Home Farm Winery

Reviewed By kdg123 - Frankfort, United States

Our Sunday afternoon wine tasting at Rising Son's Winery was the most personal, informative, and friendly experience we've ever had and we've been to wineries in California, North Carolina, Indiana, Tennessee, and Kentucky. For $10 we tasted 6 wines accompanied by locally made cheeses, chocolate, and jellies. Our tasting was led by the owner, Francine. Wines range from dry to dessert wines, but we prefer semi-sweet to sweet. In addition to the delicious wines, we were offered a taste of several Sangrias along with a printout of the recipes. Our favorites were Diamond Girl, Wild Wilbur's Hog Heaven, (named after the owner's pet pig), and Raspberry Dessert Wine. We brought home a bottle of each along with a yummy wine cheese spread! It is definitely worth the trip to visit Rising Son's Winery! This place is a gem!

Wild Turkey Distillery

From the picturesque location, to the beautifully designed layout of the distillery and gift shop, to the knowledgeable and professional staff/tasting guides like Bubba, to the world class, one of a kind bourbon, Wild Turkey is in a class of its own. My wife and I had an absolute fantastic time. My only critique would be to allow some of your more expensive bottles to be purchased and tasted at the gift shop; maybe do a lottery upon entry and call a few names per hour to offer the chance at tasting something really special. A++
