Kassiopi (Greek: Κασσιόπη) is a village, and a resort on the affluent north east coast of Corfu. It is in the municipal unit of Kassopaia. Historically, a small traditional fishing village, the town itself has been heavily developed and with more luxury villas now outside it, but it remains a summer social centre heavily visited by tourists, particularly popular with visitors from Britain and Italy.

Kiki came to my villa to give me a massage and was able to set up outside so we could hear the sound of the waves. I am a massage therapist and teacher of sports and remedial massage back home in London, so I am very fussy about the treatment I get, and always find it difficult to find somebody good!! I can honestly say that this was one of the best massages I have ever had! Kiki is genuine, kind, and knows how to apply focussed, targeted pressure to the muscles and areas of soft tissue that need it. I hope to book another treatment before I go home and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Kiki.

Spent about four hours a day here, during our recent holiday, and loved it. Rented beds and a parasol and ensured we took snorkels and swim shoes with us. The water is clear and deep - certainly not suitable for non-swimmers. There are a few tavernas nearby and a mobile stall selling fresh fruit, although husband walked into the village each day to get take-away gyros. Stunning place.

So peaceful and jaw dropping beautiful. Fantastic snorkelling near edge and both sides of bay.left hand side has swim through gaps in rock.couple of small beaches to swim to on side to have to yourself.park free car park right behind you.some shops and bars restaurants. Water is so clear and marine life is abundant. Just go that is all.????

Situated a short walk along the lane from our hotel accommodation at Katia Apartments we availed ourselves of the sunbeds situated outside the up market Avlaki Seaford Restaurant who did make a charge even though we had a lunchtime snack there. The location was stunning with views across the Ionian to Albania. Albeit a bit stony the sea was beautifully clear with snorkelling opportunities to view the many fish. Don't forget the aqua socks!

Just off the high street in Kassiopi down an alleyway by the Venus Bar (who rent out the sunbeds) Two beds and an umbrella was é7 so really good value, and drinks from the bar are also very reasonable. Pebbly beach (buth then again they all are at Kassiopi) so take beach shoes and make sure you have a snorkel - the waters are crystal clear but lovely and warm and not being tidal you can go out quite a way without fear of being swept out to sea. Spent two very relaxed mornings on Kalamionas and wished I could have had more.

Came for a visit for a couple of hours so had a wander up here. Maybe sandals weren’t a good choice of climbing footwear, but I managed not to break any bones! Great views from the top!
