Vacation and the rain is porig down, What to do? Visit this Scince Center and you can easily kill a few hours. A lot of interesting things to explore. There's loads of "how does it work" wish gives you an "aha" sense. Really interesting for both young and old. You can also take a break and enjoy coffe, Icecream, and lite lunch. When entering you receive a lot of info and all stations have info to check, would though like to have some employees to ask about this you wonder about.
The dome theatre is really worth a visit. Shows a lot of different science and nature films.

Kronolaxfiskeanläggningen i Mörrum är väl värt ett besök, vi hade tur att få se en jättestor lax stå stilla i strömmen, en syn som inte var väntad och minnet kommer att finnas med i fotosamlingen länge framöver.

Reminds us of the hard times of old Sweden, then we had to go "over there" to find happiness .... Nothing fancy, but nice walks in the nearby parks and hamnområdet.

We came across the museum while walking through the town and decided to take look. We started by going up the stairs into the first floor and after some time there, went down a short flight of stairs to look at a some furniture in a small room. But we found two room attached to that room, and other rooms attached to them, and other rooms etc etc. the place is like a maze with more and more items everywhere you look. So much to see. Well worth the visit.

I'm a vegetarian and most dishes they serve is with fish in a way or another. But, they made me the best vegetarian "potatisgratäng" (potatoes baked in oven in a mushroom sauce) I've ever had.

Karl & Kristina were characters in a book about immigrants. In the early 1900s, there was mass migration from Sweden to America. Kristina looks back to the life she leaves behind in Sweden whilst Karl looks forward to America.
Beautiful view of the ocean as well.

In the area there are a lot of small lakes where you can swim, hiking/jogging/walkingtrails (1km, 4km, 5km, 8km), a 24 hour open sauna (about 2 euro), cabins for rental , a small kiosk, barbeque-places with windshields and well kept toilets. A bit hard to reach, since there is no public transport to take you all the way.
