Customers are kindly requested to book us at least a day before so that we can give them all our attention. If however, they are short on time, they can still contact us and we will do our best to accommodate them the best way we can. All wine tasting sessions are conducted in the afternoon. During winter and mid season tours are conducted at 3.15Pm and when the hot season starts vineyard tours are done at a later time. It is our policy that when the weather permits all wine tasting sessions are conducted at the vineyards at Gharb. Further details will be provided once booking is confirmed.

Really enjoyed our visit to Tal-Massar. The place is situated in a quite picturesque area in the Gozitan countryside. The winery and it's owners are very genuine, knowledgeable and kind! The tour consisted of a tour of the vineyards, followed by tasting of their 4 wines with nibbles to compliment the wines. The wines are of very high quality and reasonably priced for the quality, a reflection of the great knowledge and dedication that the owners have.
All 4 of us loved the visit and would love to do it again in the near future. Highly recommended!!
Being Maltese, I really do wish this winery the very best and I'm happy that their great work is finally being recognised and will soon be more widely distributed across the island!

Entrance to the Cittadella Visitors' Centre is €5 and is accessible via Castle Hill by making a sharp right and down a set of stairs or via the lift. The Visitors’ centre is located within the Cittadella’s old water Reservoir, it reinforces the historical ties that link it with Rabat and the natural landscape bringing the story of the Cittadella to life Using touchscreens, visitors can access the information in 8 languages, Maltese, English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Russian and Chinese. The Citadella visitor centre with its exhibition depicting the history is worth visiting. It is a small exhibition and free to browse. There is a very well done Audio Visual show which is included in a ticket which features 3 or 4 places of interest within The Citadel. It is a very new centre and worth visiting before entering the main Citadel area.

We only stopped here as it was a crossover stop on the open top bus tour. Some fellow passengers recommended that we got off and what a delight it turned out to be.
The tide was well in with the wind driving the waves against rocky bay sides and against the restaurants that would normally line the beach. Took a walk along the cliffs enabling views of caves and inlets and across the bay. It truly was a spectacle and I can imagine that the sunsets would be amazing to watch if you had the opportunity. This bay was one of the highlights of our week in Malta.

The window is gone, but that's just nature. It shows you nature is in charge and it will do what it pleases.
You also have Crocodile and Fungus rock to look at. You may have to take a strenuous walk to get the best view, but it is well worth it. Fungus rock was supposed to have fungus which provided medicinal properties. Whereas crocodile rock is so called due to it looking like a crocodile in the sea.

I walked from the main road to the shrine and my I could not have predicted the most magnificent vista that was to await me in the distance. It reflected very powerfully the beauty of the Creator. On coming towards the shrine there is a beautifully tiled area and surrounding this are most marvellous frescos in four sets of five depicting the different mysteries of the rosary. Also in the square is a beautiful life size statue of Karmni Grima the good lady who had the visions and locutions of our Lord to whom so much is attributed. There is a little book that has been reprinted on her life that is worth Reading for the beauty of its simplicity.
On entering the Basilica there is a warmth and peace that welcomes you which also speaks saying 'you are not alone'. Moving through the Basilica there is a 'shrine' of memorabilia of the many cures attributed to Our Lady. It is an incredible sight especially on seeing all the little children who have been healed down through the years.
The shrine is situated about 2O minutes on the bus from Victorria . The buses are roughly every hour in winter. Would that I could have stayed longer.
The sacrament of Confession is celebrated daily. There is an English Mass celebrated on first Friday of every month at 5.30pm Deo Gratias.

The window collapsed last year in a storm but it’s still a spectacular formation. You still have the inland sea, walks along the cliffs and interesting rock formations. Not sure how people spend a day here as an hour would be more than enough for me but it was a very windy day when we visited so probably didn’t see it at its best

Fantastic blue hole frequented by divers and swimmers. Amazing to snorkel in the clear Wate and look down into the navy blue waters to watch the divers descend and ascend. Be prepared to trick walk through rocky area to reach the pool
