Ridge Island Groves is one of the very few Florida Citrus packinghouses left in the state of Florida. We are also an Old Country Farm Store where we make our own Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice and our Orange Dream Ice Cream. We also give grove tours and allow U-pick Citrus, Peaches and Blueberries when the fruit is ripe. Our tours guides are very informative and knowledgeable about the farm and will be happy to show you around on our limo golf carts as well as answer all your questions. Had a great tour of citrus groves and learned a great deal about challenges of industry and then got to sample and pick some oranges. Our tour guide Jackie was honest and direct and we really learned a lot. Ate some ice cream and purchased local honey. Great family trip and really enjoyed our time and would recommend for anyone in the area.

This city park has great old shade trees, waterfront on Lake Eva, very nice playgrounds, picnic pavilions, and swimming pools in the summer. A nice place for a nature break, to walk or jog, or to let the kids burn some energy.

Golf course is superb, golf cart, club rental and high chance of great weather for 70 bucks, the golf course is in great shape, greens are fast when the sun dries up the moisture and the wide fairways allow for both high and low handicap players, lots of bunkers and a few tricky holes that make for a great game, if you are in the Haines City area or have the chance to drive to it, don’t hesitate, you will not be disappointed, highly recommend this course and in my experience it has never been over busy which I believe is down to the golf shop and booking sensibility.
