Kroller-Muller Museum

Kroller Muller Museum features one of the largest Van Gogh collections and the largest sculpture garden in Europe.

Reviewed By Eestigirl - Leavenworth, United States

What a gem! We had no idea of what to expect, but the delightful museum in the midst of a forested Park was a real find. In addition to the extensive Van Gogh collection (with some wonderful pieces) the Kroller Muller Museum also has a nice collection of other impressionists. We also loved the sculpture garden with its meandering paths, trails to high points all to display interesting modern art in a beautiful setting.

Madame Helene Kroller Muller had flair, plenty of money and advice, this collection is very special and unique if you like tiles, pottery, history of making tiles throughout the world. Well presented and curated, a quiet museum not to miss in this part of the Netherlands

Het Museonder in Nationaal Park de Hoge Veluwe

Reviewed By dafnesk

This museum provides information on the formation, history and ecology of the Veluwe. Knowing a bit more about the background of the national park and its environment proved very nice during me walks and bike rides in the Veluwe after our museum visit. It helped me understand the landscape from a different perspective and allowed me to see more of the plants and animals. As someone with a background in geology and paleontology, I thought the exhibition was interesting for both adults and kids, specialists and general public. Only downside were that the information was quite hard to read due to lack of light, and that the museum is a bit small and echoey, and can feel quite cramped with kids.
