This beautiful reef sits in about 80 feet of water and is a popular diving spot.

Palancar Caves, Palancar Gardens, Palancar Big Caves, Palancar Bricks.....all great dive sites. A good Dive operation will take the time and expense to drive their boats down to the southern dive sites where visiting scuba divers will see the best variety of sea life, coral mounts, swim throughs, and pelagics. We had a great experience with ScubaLife.

We really enjoyed our day at the park. We discovered interesting underwater statues while snorkeling which gave us lots to talk about. The buffet was just ok, but on a beach day, it's fine. The drinks were inclusive and were delicious - even the pool bar was alot of fun and you could get the inclusive drinks there too. All in all, a perfect afternoon in the water.

This area is a dream! The water in this area is a turquiose as you could imagine! The snorkeling just to see the star fish is wonderful..Then after you've snorkeled go a little farther to what they call the "office" and have a seat in the beautiful shallow water and enjoy a drink and a rest. You will NOT regret taking a boat out her! I highly recommend a visit! * We hire a boat outside of the resorts and they take us fishing and to all of the best snorkeling locations... Just be wise when booking! ENJOY

This is gorgeous when the fountain is running at sunset. It is by far the best sculpture we saw along the waterfront. There are others spread all along the waterfront but this one was just beautiful and our favourite. Found right in town near the ferry terminal, you can't miss and once you see you'll understand why it's one of the most photographed on the island.
