The ZOFF Farm has been breeding and feeding the Pezzata Rossa Italiana cows for three generations. The cows’ milk is used to make Ricotta and yoghurt, Latteria cheese, Caciotta cheese and flavoured Caciotta with herbs: rose petals, elder flowers, sage, rosemary, basil, pot marigold and nettle and yoghurt, a special one.On the farm you can find the dairy and the shop.

We had a group of six of us that booked a tour and lunch hosted by Laura and her family at the Fattoria Zoff Argiturismo. What a treat to be welcomed into their lives and to experience natural , totally organic milk farming and cheese production. This is a must for any lover of fine cheese and you get to see the cows eat, milked and then cheese and yogurt being produced. We had lunch that was much more memorable and lasting!

La Tenuta di Angoris è un'azienda produttrice di vino che lavora i propri 85 ettari coltivati a vigneto su due linee di produzione dei vini fermi e due tipologie di spumantizzazione. Il corpo aziendale della Tenuta di Angoris si trova alle porte di Cormons, nella zona DOC che prende il nome dal fiume Isonzo che la attraversa pochi chilometri più a sud. Inseriti in un mosaico di terreni coltivati e di boschi, 60 ettari attorno all’azienda sono dedicati ai vigneti: terreni poco calcarei e ricchi di argille nobili amalgamate con ghiaie rosse, un’area che è conosciuta come una delle zone del Friuli più secca e alquanto calda per la produzione vitivinicola. La Tenuta di Angoris possiede, inoltre, due poderi nelle zone DOC collinari della regione: il Ronco Antico (5 ettari che si trovano fra la frazione di Ruttars e Cormons, nella zona DOC Collio), e gli Stabili della Rocca (circa 20 ettari posti sui pendii del Comune di Premariacco, nella DOC Friuli Colli Orientali).
