Pim and Nim were such great hosts! Nim was the main host during my session; she was so knowledgeable about every ingredient shw introduced to us and answered any questions we had. The recipes were so fun to make! Everything was super delicious! Crazy to think we made five dishes! It was also great fun to bond with other travelers over our love of food.

Covered ตลาด positioned around cinco minutes norte de Chiang Mai, where el suelo and las encimeras are unbroken tile making them very straightforward to clean and maintain. So great hygiene in a ตลาด which specialises in foodstuffs - mainly prepared items including แกง, stir fries and grilled dead တိရိစ္ဆာန်။ Very little ภาษาอังกฤษ labelling so you’ll need to be careful if you’re เจ/သက်သတ်လွတ်/vegano, since even a lot of the stir fries for instance have bits of dismembered animals ဟင်းသီဟင်းရွက်များအောက်မှာရှိတယ်။ One end of the covered mercado is devoted to fresh produce - ผัก y သစ်သီး - but in my experience their presence isn’t always as regular as the prepared foods vendedores. No hay asientos.

Wonderful find. This museum in a serene setting on the outskirts of ChiangMai, is perfect for learning about the various hill tribes that have migrated from China, Laos and Burma a long time ago. Each tribe had a setting with examples of clothing, rituals, and utensils well described in English too as well as a short video. The gift shop was amazing with handwork by the various tribes women. Prices were very reasonable. We hired a driver to get there and wait, as well as take us to Baan Tong Luang Outdoor Living Museum. Total for driver was 150 B and was arranged by our hotel.
