Valdivieso is a small family owned business runned by the third generation. We have been more than 65 year elaborating cheese, only from our own herd, that is delicatedly fed from our own crops. All these factors give our cheese a very particular taste and peculiarities making it unique in the world. You are really welcome to learn the Cheese making process and tasting! Enjoy your visit!

Visited this family winery in a small town on a Saturday afternoon. Part of a Cosmos coach tour of 40. I totally endorse previews reviews. The presentation and talk was both interesting and informative and straight to the point. Tastings were provided together with cheese, Jamon ham and small toasties and opportunity to make purchases which our group took advantage of. There was absolutely no pressure to buy and the whole experience was friendly and personable. Although short and sweet, about an hour all up, I rate it the best wine tour I have had.
