We meet Mr Farooq and was a remarkable experience. Not only the warm welcome but the attention to details. Farooq has a fantastic knowledge of gems and the manufacturing is of perfect quality. He also can quickly understand the customer preferences and direct us to the sweet spot. Of course that when back in Europe, I took the jewells for assessment. Feedback was perfect. Calangute is another popular and crowded beach with numerous shacks that offers various cuisines and drinks, the prices are by and large same at the shack. The beach is big with water sports options such as boating, water skiing & parasailing etc. Be it day or night, the beach is always crowded and lively, good place for enjoyment and hangout.

Plenty of shops, restaurants and stall to visit on this very busy street. Watch out for the many scooters, cars, vans and lorries that all own the bit if road you are trying to walk on. It's all fun although very hot. We used this street to reach the beach. When you get nearly down to the beach, turn left and follow this side street down to the Park hotel. The path continues down a set of steps into the beach and on the left facing the sea is the Sea Whale beach shack that offers the normal drinks and excellent food but also boat trips to see the dolphins etc. Lovely people run this shack and it wasn't too busy either.

We visited 3 times on our trip buying silver jewellery and yak shawls. Do visit the lady with the stall of yak shawls, she is a kind soul and will recommend colours! I love the hassel free environment and you don't feel obliged to buy things. Jewellery vendors are more than happy to let you look at your leisure and decide what you'd like to buy. The Tibetan people are wonderful.

Nice place to visit. Wax Museum, Horror House & 3D shows are there. Only Wax museum' s entry fee Rs 300. Horror House and 3D shows has separate entry fee. For photo shooting, it's a nice place. Free parking available around. Goa miles can also be used.

It was great experience and had a lots of fun time with friends. You will get entry for 1000rs which includes 1 drink and a dinner buffet. All the croupiers are friendly and are happy to assist. Food is of great quality and you will get variety to choose from.I will definitely go once more whenever i visit Goa.
