Freizeit- und Sportzentrum Mehliskopf

Had a great trip pain 18 Euros for 5 goes, it situated in the Merkur Mountains in Mehliskopk. It is a fast action almost Roller-Coaster ride that takes you control the speed, with a side break-bar, you can sit on your own or have a small child in front, both have seat belts, the ride is really fast and lasts about 1 minute but it depends how fast you go, the bends are tight and straights fast, but very smooth, I am 42 Years old and it was easy for me. You have to watch out at the end the Yellow Strips hang from a bar to slow you down. There is a cafe that does really good food, and other activities like downhill bike round on giant wheels, and lots of kids activities including slides and rope slide and tripwire walk, plus lots of nature trails and walks. Don't forget to take a Jacket as the weather can turn in an instant being up in the Mountain.

On the Tauck Tours Christmas Markets Along the Rhine River we went ashore to visit the Markets in Baden-Baden. This park is especially lovely at dusk with the Christmas lights of nearby residences.

Following the traffic rules, one leaves the car at the small parking end of Bühlertal and walks 2km to approach the slow moving creek. Climbing up the mountain another 2km the Waterfalls increase in hight and the landscape goes from idyllic to magical. Fallen trees among the rocks decay and in-between moss and bracken the pristine water falls or collects in ponds, inviting you to jump-in.

Schwarzwald Hochstrasse

Traveled the entire high road (B500) from Baden-Baden Freudenstadt, and would love to do it again. It is absolutely spectacular. Well-maintained roads and epic scenery is what its all about, with some stunning panoramic views towards the Rhine River and France. We stopped in Mummelsee to get some kirschwasser souvenirs and admire the view. You can also get authentic cuckoo clocks and Schwarzwälder Kirschtorte (Black Forest cake) here, we sat down for the latter in Freudenstadt at the end of our Black Forest journey. There are some popular Michelin-starred restaurants here just off the route in Baiersbronn and surrounds.

I went on top a few times already, and every time got impressed by the view from top. Especially now when you get the colors of all those trees it’s simple outstanding!
Good thing that is the place for hiking as well, you get few trails here, all with signs.
Strongly recommend for the visitors of Baden Baden.
By the way there is a small restaurant where can be served decent food and to have a beer:)
