Braintree (US: /ˈbreɪnˌtri/), officially the Town of Braintree, is a suburban New England city in Norfolk County, Massachusetts, United States. Although officially known as a town, Braintree adopted a municipal charter, effective 2008, with a mayor-council form of government, and is considered a city under Massachusetts law. The population was 35,744 at the 2010 census. The town is part of the Greater Boston area with access to the MBTA Red Line, and is a member of the Metropolitan Area Planning Commission's South Shore Coalition. The first and current mayor of Braintree is Joe Sullivan. Braintree, Massachusetts is named after Braintree, Essex in England.

I needed to distract myself while Hannah was at VCA Weymouth having tests done. I stumbled upon the park and thought it a perfect place to spend some time. I did not explore to much but did spend some time on The Ranger Trail. The trail is short but winds through a small forest. It is wide and level but in some spots there are roots and rocks protruding. In addition to the walking trails there is a great bike path as well as picnic tables and a camp ground. This is a beautiful conservation, recreation and get a way space in the middle of an urban setting. Easy to reach from Braintree, Weymouth or any other of the neighboring towns. It is free to enter.

This place is spacious, has great beer and a lot of board/card games as well as darts and hook games. They're dog friendly Thursdays and Sundays which is an added bonus. I also really like that they had specific lines to order beer at the bar instead of having to talk between people sitting at the bar. The only negative would be that I went on Sunday and there seemed to be a kids birthday party going on, so lots of small kids yelling. Not exactly what I want to listen to at a brewery.

This mall is easy to get to, has plenty of parking and has a great selection of stores. The layout is very organized and has an elevator along with escalators to get to the 2nd floor.

The tickets are reasonable and competitive with other theaters. They serve food at your seat and it is very good pub food. We are retired and went in the middle of the week and there was hardly anyone there. We got there early and ordered hamburgers. They were $12.99 and so big I had to eat it with it knife and fork. The service was outstanding. The electric recliners were so comfortable and people can walk by you without you having to move. Amazing experience and a joy to go to the movie.
