We had an awesome experience! It was a very enjoyable and relaxing day! The children were happy with hardly any line ups, so they were able to go on all the rides multiple times! The food was great, the people were great, and the prices are very reasonable! We have made it an annual event since my children were children, and now my grandchildren, and we hope that more generations to come will enjoy this spectacular and special place.

Bracebridge Falls

Only a short walk from downtown Bracebridge – there is plenty of parking. There is a small lake for swimming and boating. However, the falls themselves are not that impressive. The bridge and buildings around them detract from the look of the falls. Definitely wouldn't go out of my way to visit again.

Muskoka Brewery

We take all our visitors here! It's a beautiful drive to get here from Gravenhurst along the old Muskoka Beach Road. The shop is warm and cozy and full of Muskoka Beer themed merchandise. You can try a sample of beers from their taps, purchase fresh beer from their fridge or buy a growler and have it refilled for a great price! Sometimes we have been here when there's been some local entertainment. You can also book a tour and see how the beer is made and hear their local story of how they grew. They have bonfires going outside at all times of the year so you can enjoy your drink outside. We wish that they served food - a food truck or two would be a welcome addition. We'd stay longer!! We love it here and wish these guys and gals all the best.

High Falls

A nice powerful waterfall. The "hike" to the bottom is worth it as you'll pass another waterfall in the woods. You can tells it's frequently visited as it was easy to traverse but it was not busy when we were there.

Bracebridge Resource Management Centre

Reviewed By MuskokaMan - Bracebridge, Canada

Recently attended the Bracebridge Resource Management Centre with visitors from France and Germany and took a walk on one of the trails. We were lucky enough to have a day where the sun was shining and the bugs were scarce. My visitors were amazed at how lucky I am to live in an area where people have access to groomed trails like in the centre. Like other walks and bike rides through the centre, we thoroughly enjoyed our afternoon walk this particular day.

Interesting short hike along the north Bracebridge river. A few little creeks and falls even in the winter. There are no raining etc so be careful when icy. You can access via stairs.
1.5-2 billion year old rock formations make up the falls. Trail averages only 1.7 km.

I bought a very beautiful amber looking neckless; I got soooo many compliments on that. I stopped myself for buying other things, each piece has a history and there are so many antiques in that store; the gentleman behind the counter is so nice too
