What a party to come back to these lovely people in Borovets every year. We have been coming to this ski school for 10 years, which also rents out the best quality ski equipment in the village. Our vacation is not complete with all the service that Snow Masters gives us. The lessons, both group and private, are tailor-made and perfectly match your level. My partner & I have used Chris Borovets Transfers two times already for our transfer to/from Sofia Airport/Borovets for our ski vacation. They are very professional, friendly, punctual, helpful, fair priced & they really do go the extra mile to help you. During my 1st visit to Borovets in 2019 I got injured while skiing & Suzanne (the owner) helped me be comfortable during the journey & assisted me as I could not walk. I found this company through the amazing reviews they have on Trip Advisor & I will always be thankful, I have found my only transfer company for every trip to Borovets! They are really the best! I recommend them to anyone visiting- seriously you don’t need to look elsewhere

Excellent ski School joined group skiing and had private lesson The ski instructor Emil Stoimenov was excellent professional patient and kind always gave us positive feedback monitored group at all stages of lesson very safety conscious and caring person Arranged social lunches and Bulgaria night for us all which we appreciated and enjoyed Our last day was special with good skiing drinks and diploma presentations loved by all Highly recommend as a group we all plan to return in 2021 and definitely will request to have the wonderful Emil as our instructor

I hired everything from this company to find them was a gem. My first skiing trip made easy from transfer, apartment to ski hire and lessons. We stayed in flora apartments with a group of 5 a 2 bedroom was perfect. Hunters ski school was great and office and depot was within the complex Everything was top service. We even went back and they organised for us to do a ski doo ride. I would have no problem recommending this company. Thanks you

Just spent the week in Borovets, we were blessed with the weather, it snowed heavily overnight on several occasions and we had a mix of sunny blue skies and moody clouds during the day, all of which was a great backdrop for skiing. Facilities seem to have been upgraded since last time we came three years ago, new six person chairlift, new hotel complexes and extended Alpin ski school. Being a relative novice at skiing I can’t comment on the comparative benefits of Borovets over any other resort but I found all the slopes great fun and as challenging as you want to make them with the option of green through to black and the ability to mix and match on the way down. At least three snow ploughs were out every night making the slopes pristine for the following day and snow cannons are also strategically placed in case a top up is needed. Great value for money resort, we would recommend.

Came across Matt and the ski school after some not so positive experiences with another ski school in Borovets for my 6 year old son. After one hour with Veli he has found his love of skiing and had another lesson the next day with Nadia. Small classes (I spied 7 in a group at half term, perfect) which is what parents want. Give them that they will return. We will be back!

This was the winter ski lodge of the Bulgarian Royal Family build over 100 years ago with a hydro electric plant to supply all its electricity. This is still working now and my partner loved it and found it really interesting. There is also some historical information in a gallery (all Cyrillic sadly) and a nice little cafe. You can walk through the grounds and sometimes go in the house although not when the royal family are in residence which they were when we went there. It was only 5 lev to go in. We really enjoyed it. Bizarrely the royal family were deposed in 1946 but seem to have kind of carried on in an unofficial capacity, or at least doing what they always did but without the state paying for it! Perhaps our royals could learn a thing or two from that!
