From everything I heard, I debated doing this tour for a while. I decided to shell out the INSANELY EXPENSIVE price to do this tour, thinking that it must be unbelievable.
While it was pretty cool, for me, it was not worth $400USD. The other folks I spoke with were really happy, so it could be a matter of too high expectations, but I would say, save your money, because it wasn't unique/amazing with to justify the price. I think the other cave things I've dove have felt more impressive: visiting Potosi mines in Bolivia, and ATM cave in Mexico.

We went to Parque Ecologico Rio Formoso mainly to do the rafting. It was fun, and overall the rafting ran pretty smoothly, but we didn't see the level of wildlife/fish that we saw elsewhere in Bonito. Overall I'd recommend going if you have some time to kill in Bonito, but don't go out of your way to come here as it was just okay.

We booked this trip to go horsebackriding, but something went wrong and they put us up for swimming. They were very friendly however and changed the program immediatly.
Unfortunatly no English was spoken making the trip to the source in the afternoon not really worth while.
Make sure you bring your swimming suit even if you come for the horses cause there is a lot of waiting time and they have a very nice pool.

Aquario Natural

We visited Aquário Natural as many of the other snorkelling trips in Bonito were fully booked while we were there (might have been worth planning ahead!). This was an absolutely wonderful choice. Yes, it was very expensive for a half day tour but it was totally worth it. When we arrived we were taken to the snorkelling gear area and given a brief run down of the day and then about snorkelling. Once we had or equipment we were taken to the pool to test it out and then walked through the beautiful jungle surrounding to the location of the lake that we would float down. The walk was lovely and our guide Clarissa was wonderful. The snorkelling was brilliant and very beautiful with lots of fish. At the end of the snorkelling we then went ziplining into another lake close by. While walking through the jungle on the way back we saw many monkeys and an Antar as well as a few Caiman. It was a really really wonderful day! After the activities were finished we were left to relax by the pool or have some food in the restaurant (very expensive) for a couple of hours before being picked up by our transportation.
