City Star Brewing is just one of those places that just feels 'right'. Whether you are meeting up with one friend to chat, bringing together a group of friends to celebrate or want a place to go to make new friends... this is the place. The atmosphere is relaxed, the service fast and fun and the beer... well, lets just say there is something for everyone.. even root beer for those don't imbibe! they have rotating food trucks, handcrafted beers and entertainment in the outdoor seating area! Kid friendly and better yet... PET friendly! Stop in for a cold one.. you will feel the warmth!

As someone that has kept a boat in the slips at the Marina, the overall experience has been great. The lake can get a little wild during thunderstorms and has been getting more and more crowded. The Marina staff has been super helpful, and mostly friendly, unless someone is being overly demanding or entitled- you know the types, in which case the staff may come off as a bit terse, but are never rude. The only trouble we ever had at the private dock area is from some of the public that somehow think they have a right to use this private area as they wish rather than the public dock nearby. If you deal with the Marina in a respectful, patient way you will be happy with the experience. If you approach the Marina personnel and owners with the attitude that they exist solely to serve you and satisfy your ever whim immediately, you may be disappointed and will be better off going to Chatfield or Cherry Creek Reservoirs.
