Hingol National Park

Reviewed By AmenehShah - Karachi, Pakistan

The park is a treasure to behold.....photoes cannot capture the essence of the place. The statue of the Princess of Hope is a tiny speck compared to the grandeur of the ancient palaces near it...carved and majestically looking over the road as you pass. From the beautiful, clean beaches to the awe inspiring mud volcano....the trip to this wonderful treasure of Pakistan is a treasure trove of amazing sights! Enroute to the Hingol National Park and also a little beyond are some amazing beaches of Balochistan which are worth seeing too. Tip: Go with a reliable Tour operator as the roads need an experienced driver and also due to lack of petrol pumps in the area it’s best to have someone who knows the place. Toilet facilities are extremely limited and basic...major upgrade required on that front in order to encourage tourism. Plus there are security concerns in the area so regular stops will have to be made for checking by the Pak army..slightly inconvenient but definitely makes you feel safer!:)
