The high school baseball tournament is held at this stadium every summer, and all baseball players have dream to play baseball at there. I watched tournaments over TV and a lot of surprising things happen. I was often moved. Its size was not big, but I felt very big dreams of high school students occupied the stadium.

Lights, people, lots of food, the same as many other areas in Japan. We had food at three different shops and it ranged from ok to not to so good. Nothing special about this area, so don't go out of your way to visit.

A nice, modern park in an interesting setting. The park literally borders the runway of Osaka Airport, in Itami. We were there around midday on a weekday and there was a steady flow of planes coming and going.
This is a great park for aircraft enthusiasts and/or kids. There some nice viewing platforms, walking paths and playground areas.
There is a ¥500 fee for parking and bring your own lunch, just drink vending machines at the park.

Honko-ji Temple

This temple is the "twin" of famous Honno-ji in Tokyo established by Shujin'in Nichiryu founder of the Hokke-shu school of Buddhism. It was first built in 1420 and preserves the famous "juzu-maru" katana sword, said to have belonged to the priest Nichiren and donated to him by his disciple Hojo Yagenta (perhaps probably a later copy) in addition to two original mandala scrolls produced by Nichiren in the Kenji period. These are shown to the public only on november 3rd, a public holiday.

There aren't a lot of choices if you're a guy, but there is always Uni Qlo. If you're a girl then you're spoiled for choice, lucky you!
The best times to go are at the end of summer and winter for all the big sales. The food court is also fairly decent, but always crowded.
