The 10 Best Things to do Good for Kids in Salou, Catalonia

March 22, 2022 Roseanne Arnett

Salou, on the Costa Dorada, nestles between quaint Cambrils and calm La Pineda. Just seven miles south of elegant Tarragona, the compact resort town is a family favorite, due in no small part to the existence of Port Aventura and Aquopolis theme parks. Gentle beaches and a slew of exciting fiestas in August add to Salou's appeal for families.

After a long walk what a relief to find this fanstastic bar with great friendly staff and great views. The young lady who served us was great, didnt get her name but it was her 8th season (blonde ponytail)she was full of great information about the T10 card and places to visit. The lovely white seating with pretty blue cushions was very welcoming with its huge parasols. We enjoyed our coffees, and coke zeros and our relaxed rest with great views, the koko bar was kept very clean and tidy and cant wait to visit again.thank you for your helpful advice too.x

House of Illusion

The House of Illusion is opening its doors once again for a brand new show for 2018 going by the name.. ¨Dreams¨ Once again, we will be taking you on a journey, where we will visit the mysterious world of comedy, sleight of hand, manipulation, escapology and of course grand illusion. All of our guests will be treated to a close up parlour show before the doors to the theatre open and you will be shown into our beautifully decorated, candlelit theater, where at once you will be served as much white wine, red wine, lager, sangria and soft drinks as you like, without even having to lift a finger! One of the main attractions of the House of Illusion is that it is all inclusive as well as being unlimited! The night begins with an air of surprise, as you are entertained at your tables by our wonderful mystery entertainers, followed closely by a hilarious variety performance, full of comedy and laughter. I have never seen so many palm trees in my life than what they offer in Salou. This is a lovely promenade, palm tree lined one after another with makes it a lovely walk, day or night. Plenty of eateries and bars just across the street that lines alongside. I highly reccomend
