The 10 Best Things to do Good for Kids in Pattaya, Chonburi Province

June 28, 2021 Jacquiline Delozier

A visit to Pattaya is a wonderful way to explore the beaches along the Gulf of Thailand. Relaxed and family-friendly Jomtien Beach is a hot spot for watersports and seaside massages. The giant Buddha of Wat Khao Phra Bat keeps watch over the city, and the wooden Wang Boran Sanctuary of Truth pays homage to Buddhist and Hindu art and architecture. At night, tons of bars and strip clubs attract an adults-only crowd.

The hardest thing you will ever do at Kombat group is get yourself through the front door. Once you enter this professional facility you are surrounded by extremely supportive ,friendly staff, experienced and knowledgeable trainers that will cater to your every fitness, fighting skills or weight loss goals. When you enter the grounds you will be impressed by the training facility and beautiful resort like gardens, pool area and accommodation/kitchen facilities. I am 49 years old, I thought I may be the oldest person in this camp, but whilst there i met people from 18 to 62 years of age, professional fighters and complete novices, all mixing together, as a group of like minded people, all with similar goals and motivations. This truly is a welcoming, inclusive , friendly place to train. The ratio of trainers to students/guests is awesome, you will always have someone to advise , hone or correct a technique, and motivate you. These trainers are generally active in their chosen sport and compete regularly in bouts outside the camp in boxing, muay Thai, etc. At the end of my 4 weeks at Kombat Group, I had exceeded all my goals and expectations, stop procrastinating and just book your stay at Kombat, but be warned, once you experience Kombat Groups environment, you will want to keep coming back.

Terminal 21 is a mall known more for its visual delights than its many shops. Center Festival has better organized shopping. That being said, one can spend half a day admiring the stunning architecture and wandering along the twisted pathways to them b many interesting small shops. Two photographer's musts; the haunting night Eiffel Tower shooting skyward; the brightly lit Golden Gate Bridge disappearing from the upper view point to the lower levels. .

I went to the butterfly park with my husband and I really really love it. They have a rain Forrest area and a lovely coffee shop you can sit down and the butterflies will come and land on you. There is a lot of interesting information about how important butterflies are in our ecosystems and lovely walkways next to the streams and fountains. Everyone should visit this at least one time because it really brings you very close to nature and makes you feel lovely the rest of your week! Super therapy for people who love this planet that allows us to live here!

I'm not going into how controversial is to ride an elephant regarding their welfare... mahout (driver) was friendly and helpful. Of course and he asked for a BIG TIP after he let ME to ride the elephant and took me a half hour video with my phone.Everything is associated with money/profit in Thailand so wasn't surprised. As others pre-said there was a price for every little thing as for a bag of bananas to feed them or a hat or your pic/video taken/filmed by them. The site though was an amazing place for activities as bungee jumping, horse riding, enduro bikes riding, buggy riding,ox-carts, paintball, shooting targets, tree sliding were offered
