Excellent tour but must email in advance to check your times. Only 12€ for the tour with 4 different olive oils to taste. Very informative tour and we learnt a lot about olive trees dating back to the Roman times and olive oil making. There is a cave where the original olive presses live. This is a family run olive farm and they have A lot of passion about their olives and trees. Fantastic must see place.

Great tour, learnt a lot about olive oil (including how to tell the good stuff from the bad, health benefits + how to farm the olive trees), plus the tastings were super interesting and delicious. They also had a good COVID protection system in place so felt safe throughout the tour. On top of this the host gave us some great tips for restaurants around the local area. Great tour all up - thanks!

Alberobello is a lovely town in Puglia which, while being a World Heritage site preserving Trulli architecture in a theme park like environment, also conveys a sense of vibrant Southern Italian life. Worth adding to your exploration of Puglia even if just for a day visit.

Antica Salumeria del Corso

Reviewed By alexbaumann - Zurich, Switzerland

We were given a food and wine tasting from the Salento region. The antipasti, salami, prosciutto and various kinds of cheeses were delicious. The owner is very kind and forthcoming. The only thing they could improve on is the presentation: Everything was served in plastic dishes; maybe due to COVID-19.
