Of the many churches that Baguio is known for, Pink Sister's Convent and Chapel is well-known and adored as it has been a witness to any answered prayers in any form - personal supplication, professional promotion, examinations, health and wellness wishes, and even relationships. An hour mass at the said church will surely make you feel spiritually full. The solemnity of the mass which is accentuated by the penchant of the sisters in chorus creates a very heavenly atmosphere that sets the tone by which deep personal prayers are uttered and sent.

Northern blossom farms offer a one of a kind experience to travelers who love to take pictures, would love to enjoy a good view, and has a knack for flower farming. They offer a large variety of flowers that you can also purchase inside their store (they offer it cheap - fresh from the farm). I highly suggest going there during February to March were the flowers are mostly in bloom. They also offer accommodation to those who want to stay for a few days, They also serve a very decent cup of brewed coffee after the tour.

Whether you are a catholic or a non-catholic visiting the Grotto is highly recommended. Aside from fulfillment of going up catching your breath, once you reach the icon of the Lady of Lourdes, the breathtaking view of the nearby area and the grotto itself is mesmerizing. You will never regret going up when your are already on your way down the hill. Say a prayer in the chapel, light a candle or place a prayer request in the envelopes provided, if you are a believer then its a must.

Within its compound are intricately designed arches and buildings adorned with flags, bells and dragons. It has a pagoda, and landscaped gardens. There are some Buddhist artifacts to be found there, as well as some literature about the history of China.

The 'mother of all parks' in Baguio city, the summer capital of the Philippines, is a 32.84-hectare park designed by, and named after, American architect and urban planner Daniel Hudson Burnham, who also designed the original plan for Baguio City as well as Dewey Boulevard (now Roxas Boulevard) in Manila. The park has 12 main areas, the most popular of which are the Burnham Lagoon, a man-made lake with rowboats for hire; a children's playground; a skating rink; the Rose Garden and the Picnic Grove.
A very nice park in the middle of Baguio City, there are lots of people visiting Burnham Park to enjoy and feel the cold weather of the City. You'll be surely enjoy your vacation and relaxed you from all of your problems.

After visiting Glenn 50's Diner, Laperal White House, Mines View, been to SM Baguio to buy some new clothes and check out what's on sale, we then headed to the famous church in Baguio, the Our Lady of the Atonement Cathedral beside Session road. We were supposed to head to this church upon arrival to Baguio City to give thanks for our safe trip way up to the city, but unfortunately, we came in too early too late for the church mass. And unfortunately again, when we got to the church, there's no scheduled mass in the afternoon. I really loved this church from the first time we visited this church a long time ago, back when my status is still "In a Relationship" and not "Married". I have this dream that someday when we decided to renew our vows and finally decided to have a church wedding ceremony, we will be blessed in this church. Oh, what a dream. The church is located in Upper Session Baguio City, the church architecture is very romantic and vintage, not your typical kind of church, that's why most women dream of having their wedding done here. Apart from being a heritage site, the distinctive pink facade is very feminine, hihihi, so girly. And how about the aisle? Oh, the aisle is very ideal for women who want their wedding to be very dramatic and considering their long aisle who most girls consider on their wedding day. Good Shepherd is a religious convent in Baguio and they’re well known for great pasalubongs, goodies, or sweet treats like Ube jam, Peanut Brittle, Lengua De Gato, and Strawberry Jam. People normally go here to buy in wholesale so you better be early to avoid the long queue. Tip: There are stores outside Good Shepherd that sells fresh strawberries and other goodies, you might want to check them out too!

We went up to the Philippines' summer capital in 2010 when we enrolled our eldest at the UP Baguio. Since then we are mesmerized by this small, old yet cosmopolitan mountain city built by the Americans and one of their many works there is the beautiful Camp John Hay. With its manicured green lawns bedecked by colorful flower of different and attractive colors the place is most ideal for visitors who delights in walking and whiling away their time amidst chirping birds, the scent of pine trees and the smiles of friendly people around. The place is home to excellent hotels like Manor and Forest Lodge Hotels that offer good food and attraction, excellent service and facilities equal to none. We fell in love with the city and we are now permanent residents of this beautiful mountain city. Thank you God for this gift of beautiful place of retirement.
