Escape rooms are live-action, team-based games where players discover clues, solve puzzles, and accomplish tasks in one or more rooms in order to achieve a specific goal (usually escaping from the room) in a limited amount of time. Players must be observant and use their critical thinking skills to escape the room. Had a blast with family, would definitely recommend this place. We did the graveyard and it was so much fun, my daughter and her boyfriend had a lot of fun. Chris (staff) was super friendly and let us check out the set up on all the room, we have already decided to come back and do the time machine room next. All I can say is if your looking for a great way to escape covid and just spend time with family or friends this is the way to go.

We love observatories and planetariums. We try and go wherever we visit. This facility is on the Tyler Junior College campus. Great planetarium and very knowledgeable PnD staff that run the movies. On Tuesdays each movie is only a dollar per showing. Amazing value for what you learn in these movies. Movie ticket includes a small exhibit in the basement with very cool science experiments and rocks from around the universe. Even let us see what goes on behind the screen when we asked.

Liberty Hall

Built in 1936 the Liberty theater was the place to be on the downtown square in Tyler, TX. It was the hub of entertainment until it closed in the mid 1980s. The City of Tyler purchased the Liberty in 2009 and rehabbed the facility. The City raised more that one million dollars in private donations to fund this stunning renovation. Our goal is to spur the revitalization of Tyler's historical downtown into an arts and entertainment district. Liberty Hall reopened in September of 2011 as a community performing arts hall that hosts classic movies, comedy, music and theater. The Hall is also available for rent to the public for events. The Liberty is once again a cornerstone of entertainment for downtown Tyler. Since our opening we have hosted such performers as: Suzy Bogguss, Asleep at the Wheel, Gary P. Nunn, Bob Schneider and Ray Wylie Hubbard. We also have live comedy shows almost monthly.
