We John George and John Shryock at Warren and Annabelle’s magic show and let me tell you, it is some of the most fun you can have on the island! 2 packed hours of slight-of hand magic and so much fun that you will wish the show won’t end. This was our second time at the show in 3 years and my wife and I can’t wait to come back again. Highly recommend!

Maui Diving is the best local dive shop on Maui! We are a family run, woman owned business and love diving since 1989. Come out and dive with us! We easily certify the most students on the island every year. Our instructors have decades of experience between them and our safety rating is impeccable! We take out certified divers to the best scuba sites on the island. Every day of the week! We are an actual brick and mortar dive shop (not everyone servicing Maui is). We have 7 phenomenal instructors on staff so the likelihood of your dive being canceled is slim to none. We run a professional and fun experience for all our divers.

We make it to this lovely church at least once during our annual visit to Kaanapali. It's welcoming, comfortable and inspiring. The Tongan choir is great.

My, my, my~ I can't get enough of Palaloha Bikinis! We come to Maui for the winter every year. I wear my bikini in Wisconsin, Florida, Arizona, AND Hawaii. I wear them so much, I wear them out! But hey, that is a GOOD thing! Because then you can get a new one! Last night after dinner in Lahina my husband and I stopped at their store on Front Street. I had surfed in my three-year-old bikini that day and my bottoms wouldn't stay up! Time for a new suit! If you don't have one yet~ Get one! I am a 66 year old surfer girl!

We were fortunate to have a priest visiting from Oahu that gave a very enjoyable homily with stories, parables, and humor. At the 5:30 p.m. mass, we heard a terrific choir who even sang the psalm verses in harmony as well as Hawaiian language in some songs. I counted about 10 singers. They sang a cappella with a conductor in front. They sang with such bravado and forte volume that you would think that there were 30 singers. No AC so dress accordingly.

The locals cannot praise this place enough - this place was recommended to us by at least 8 locals on different occasions as THE place to go for Poke. We each got a poke bowl for about $15ea and it was easily the best Poke i've had in my life. Dont let the setting of a liquor store fool you, this is some seriously good food from a great business.

I discovered the Daryl Millard Gallery and Daryl works back in Canada on his website while reminiscing about my last try trip to Maui.His artwork and talent is out of this world my friend and I got goosebumps looking at his exceptional paintings.You are transported back to the beach and you smell and hear the tiki torches hiss you feel the trade winds and feel the rhythmic ocean waves lap at your feet.I can’t rave enough!! I’m a new collector and huge fan.Ive purchased 2 paintings one for myself and one for my Mom’s birthday she cried when she recognized the box from the gallery even before he saw her artwork,That Daryl kindly dedicated in Hawaiian for her.That night we kept going back in her bedroom Looking at her new artwork watching the fading daylight change and really compliment the sunset on her new painting it was magical as our sun was setting the setting sun in her beach scene shimmered more and more on the ocean her artwork was alive.Its not just Daryls talent but his energy that breathes life into his canvases.I vow to get back to Maui and stop number one,two and three will be to The Daryl Millard gallery.Vanessa was a delight and a breath of fresh air to speak and visit with I felt like I was talking to an old friend both purchases she’s helped with and made the transactions Effortless and gave me the confidence with such difficult decisions of what was to come home.Not to mention the exceptional frames that Daryl makes to choose from Can’t wait to meet her in person and to walk through Daryls Gallery.
