My partner and I had our cooking class with Ying on the 25th of February and fortunately for us the other couple cancelled and so it became our own personal cooking class. Ying picked us up from our hotel and then took us to a local market, at the market we discussed what type of recipes we would like to cook , we wanted to do traditional recipes and Ying was excited to teach us some of her local dishes. We were welcomed into Ying's home by her parents and of course her 3 kitties and Ying gave us a tour of the vegetable patch and showed us her impressive compost set up. During our tour Ying picked some chillies and kaffir lime leaves and then we headed inside to start cooking. I really enjoyed the way that Ying guided our cooking with direction and guidance and it was great to be shown different techniques to get the best flavours out of the ingredients. Ying wanted us to cook each dish to our own tastes, so we made each dish as spicy or as mild as we wanted depending on our preference and she showed us how to alter each dish to make it perfect. We then got to eat our creations while Ying and her parents tidied up for us and got everything ready for the next dish. Ying then topped off the experience by emailing all of the recipes for the dishes that we cooked and even sent us some other recipes that she thought we might like to try cooking the following weekend after our class. We had the best day with Ying and would recommend this experience to anyone travelling to Koh Samui ????

I bought 2 suits and 2 shirts in May 2019 and I am very pleased with them. I wear suits to work so they have had plenty of use and they still look like new. The service was excellent and I enjoyed choosing little personal details such a button hole stitching colour and cuff design. Andy made the whole process enjoyable and the price was very nice as well.

In brief, simply perfect. We have chosen Ash based on his trip advisor reputation, and we have not been disappointed at all. Ash is very service oriented, we only had the initial session in his store. Every other fitting has been taken place in our hotel. The fabric is beautiful, the fit is too the point and Ash delivered well on time. Just for those who wonder what you can expect. After the first fitting you get to know the tailor.. which means the final measure is take by the tailor which really makes the difference in fit Looking forward to our next trip to Koh Samui Michael and Kathrin

Combination of thai cooking class and a tour of an amazing sustainable and acquaponic garden where you pick the majority of the ingredients for the three dishes you cook. So interesting and the story of how Chef Lat and her husband developed the place over the years, together with their family home is inspirational. This is way above other cooking classes on Samui. You’re mad if you are on Samui and don’t do it. And they still have lots of ideas for the future!

TL;DR;: Recommend! First of all, Joseph, thank you for your work and the work of your team. We were here at Sept. 2019. It was an unplanned visit a few days before the end of our holidays. We stopped near office entrance to ask about the route. And then we met Joseph. Half an hour later we ordered a coat, suit and 5 shirts. On the second day we had the first check. Coat and suit draft's was good. And one shirt was ready. On the third day we had the last check. Everything was ready. But I changed my mind a bit about the size of the shirts and asked Joseph to make them smaller. After that I ordered another 5 shirts. By evening, the entire order was ready. These guys work at an unbelievable speed. If I will be on Samui again, I will buy another suit)) PS: thanks for present ))

The Koh Samui Meditation Center is a must visit place. Their evening guided meditation sessions are absolutely amazing. There is enough information to understand and be comfortable for a beginner and for someone who has been actively practicing mediation for a while. Before visiting the center, I meditated only for 10 - 15 minutes a day and always felt an urge to finish my practice. However, after my 50 minute meditation @Koh Samui Center, I could not believe that the time flew by so quickly. I feel that the techniques that I have learned there will help me to improve my ability to focus and extend the practice time even more.
