There was a Kid´s introduction to Thai Cooking. Kids were accompanied by their parents who stood aside but ready to assist. The Executive Chef explained to both Thai and Foreign kids what they were going to cook. The menu consisted of Pad That with Chicken and Sticky Rice with Mango. Neatly and well protected cooking spaces were in the middle of a vintage Thai environment with ancient wood carvings and statues, contributing to a cozy Thai atmosphere. The kids had a lot of fun and were very proud of their cooking. For the accompanying parents, there was a serving of Chicken with Cashew nuts and another choice of Massaman Curry with steamed rice. All done before our very eyes, repeatable at home. Kids paid THb 500. Money well spend as it was a lot of fun! Cooking classes and event lunches and dinners can also be planned there. I will definitely bring my tennis buddies and spouses for an original Thai cooking class and celebration afterwards to this great venue on Soi 19. easy to find . there is an Arch on Petschkasem which is the Soi 19 entrance. The Venue is on the right side, Fourth road on the left. It is a must !

The treatment I received was amazing. So I’ve had knee problems since 2002 and I never wanted surgery on my knee and Over the years I’ve been told i can’t really do much about it. When walking down stairs can be painful and not wanting to take pain killers all the time I decided to look to see what options are available in Hua Hin. After seeing a couple of post by rudi on facebook I decided to give this holistic style of treatment a try. Going in very open minded about everything I felt i had nothing to lose. After a chat with Siwalai and Rudi about what my issues were and painful areas my pain relief session began with the warning it will cause some discomfort. The pain relief is to help resolve chronic pain, range of motion. The treatment was painful due to my injury issues and the time of the first injury factoring in to the amount of work they had to do in certain areas. I laughed - shouted with a few colorful words with the discomfort I was feeling but after 20 minutes it was clear result started to show. After a few walking exercise they started again :) with the cycle of work focusing on my lymph drainage and low body,the pain levels were much lower (slightly lower) again after about 20 mins a few examations of my knees and some walking test we went into the 3rd cycle. This time a lot of tension in my body wasn’t present and the treatment felt more comfortable. After the hour session and a few test my knee was feeling amazing. I was hoping for some slight pain relief and what I received was far more then that. About 7 days later after my bruises had recoveried I went for my follow up a Lymphatic message. This time the years of tension in my body wasn’t a factor and again I came out feeling great. I plan to make an appointment every time I’m back in town. It’s 9 weeks after my first appointment and my knee still feels stronger then it has in years. I work as a Football coach so I’m on my feet all the time. Don’t be put off by the price as your investing in your health this isn’t a 250 bhat foot massage.

Having done previous Thai cooking classes I decided to do a whole day course which cost 2600THB for both the morning and afternoon session. It turned out I was the only person on the course that day so there was rather a lot of food. The previous day there were nine students .However the tuition was excellent. The main difference between the morning and afternoon course was the morning course included a market visit and making coconut milk from fresh and the afternoon course included vegetable sculpture , which only involved turning a chilli into a flower. For first time Thai cookery students I would say the morning course would probably be of more interest although the standard of tuition was very good on both morning and afternoon courses, especially if you re having one to one teaching.Transport to and from the hotel at the beginning and end of the course is included in the price but not travel incurred between the morning and afternoon session. You get to choose what dishes you want to make from the list provided. All in all I d say it was good value for money and well taught.

Mohan made a very warm first impression when we entered his shop. He proceeded to create a wonderful experience as we shared stories while being fitted up for a suit jacket. The final product was made to an exquisite standard and looked awesome. Definitely the best tailor in Thailand!

My husband and me never had been to a tailor before even though we are living in Bangkok. Got this tip from a colleague and we are so glad we went to Spirit Fashion. Mr. Mohan was super nice and opened his shop for us despite COVID. We both got dressy but comfortable very light shorts, and my husband some long and short sleeve shirts. All fitting perfectly we are so glad we made the effort to go to his shop. Very happy and definitely will be back soon for a suit and more ! Also fair prices for the good quality. Highly recommended.
