We used this company for a roundtrip to Hochgurgl this Feb, 2018 and a roundtrip to Obergurgl last year at midnight during Feb 2017. We had simply found the link on the internet, filled it in with the required details, and kept our fingers crossed. Confirmations were exchanged by email. On both occassions, drivers were waiting promptly at the airports (our flights were on time both times), the vehicles were large, clean, and not far from the terminal. The drivers were efficient, reaching the destinations quickly and directly. They are paid half the fare after each leg of the journey. The returns process had preoccupied me, given I'd already paid the first leg, and not had significant further communication with the company, but on both occassions the drivers reached the hotel as requested on time, for the return journeys. The firm also answered my emails within a day whenever I asked questions. I will use them again, and hope these comments prove helpful.
