Reviewed By Parth101I have stay here with friends for one night. We have booked one room directly from reception. Staff was cooperative and friendly. We have do negotiation in rate. Our experience was good. There was food available in hotel. It was average in taste.

Reviewed By ChandianujWe booked the hotel from OYO for 4 night but they cheat us but the owner of the hotel Mr. Pankaj's nature is a very nice and co-operative person. He understands the situation and gives the room in a good concession amount. The hotel is located on the main road near venna lake. Food is awesome especially on the last day as our entire package with breakfast. The owner gives a special treat to us as per our demand of "Bataka Vada" (Potato Vada) apart from routine breakfast like Bataka Poha, Upma, Alu Paratha, bread batter, Jam all this thing also available. The nature of the entire staff member of the hotel is very good and humble. The rooms are neat and clean. The view from the balcony was nature lover like beside the balcony the Veena river passing the sound of the river in the night gives like a sound of a flute. If I want to give the rating then I will give 10 out of 5. 5 stars for all the basic needs as it is required in any hotel. Extra 5 stars for support, cooperation, hospitality, food. The owner also guides us on where to go and which place to visit in Mahabaleshwar. Next time if I visited Mahabaleshwar definitely I booked this hotel only. The hotel doesn't have a tie-up with OYO. So please don't book from the OYO as OYO people cheat you.

Bathroom , Toilets are clean. Only thing management need to pay attention to is bathroom fittings. It's nice , but time to time replacement will keep room's beauty intact. it has got in-house restaurant which has got good food quality and taste. location wise, it's number one i would say. right on the highway. close to city. all in all its very nice hotel , be it for family, couples or business travelers.
