Reviewed By Casper14894I went with my husband in our special anniversary day. Everything was fine.The room was quiet and nice. Just relaxing. But difficult to take the taxi. We could order room service and the foods was really nice and very big.

Rude guard
Reviewed By salhkeemI went to resort last year, I wanted fishing but the Egyptian guard was so rude to me in reception, so I will not try to go again. The problem was related to seeing the resort before I reserve , when I went to resort I consumed 30 minutes, because I stopped beside the sea, then when I want to go out he shouted me and told me he want to call police because I was late, I feel like I was in a restricted area . I oplized for late because when I was oplgize he was ruder. :(

Worst stay in my life

The staff are not professional, they asked to keep our ID until check out, and even i booked through agoda the receptionist didn't even know that my booking was prepaid . Towels are dirty, no toilet paper, no hot water, i don't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Smelly and weird place
Reviewed By nmh632This was a two bedroom serviced apartment in an apartment complex. It was relatively new but there were many issues with it. The worst thing is there were periodic pulses of sewer smell gas. We told the management and they recleaned the apartment and sprayed an air freshener but it didn't change anything. I think there were probably issues with ventilation and/or sewer line blockages in the building. The oven in the small kitchen was also in a weird and probably dangerous position behind a counter post. One of the beds was also rock hard. Finally, one of the bathrooms had a chipped tub and ceiling panels with construction writing on them. The one positive thing I can say about this place is that the pool and gym were fine but the actual apartment was terrible.
