Special thanks to Mr. Bhagyesh who attended to all our requests and made sure that nothing was lacking. To add upon, the ambience is definitely the best you can find in that area. Would love to visit again.

Reviewed By GrandTour41320751119We visited the Royale Exotica hotel in the first week of June. The rooms were clean, staff was well mannered. The breakfast spread is good making sure kids to seniors will like it. The check in can be early. The staff helped us get at-least one room early. The best part it is nice hotel near to the beach. You can walk to the beach in 2 min They also provide packed breakfast if needed.

It is a small guest house located right on the beach barely 200 meters from the sea waves. It is all that one can wish for some of the salient features of the guest house are,1. Right on the beach.2. Located in the middle of all the places one would want to be in, in Goa. Walking distance of 2 mins from Tito's lane where all the happening parties, night clubs and lounges are. 2 mins walk to the Baga Beach, 5 mins drive to the night market, one may even chose to walk. 10-15 mins drive to Anjuna & Vagatore Beaches. Right in the middle of all the shopping market. 1 min walk to the 24 hr Casino. Saves on so much Travel Time, Cost and Inconvenience.3. Giagantic Rooms, almost thrice the size of any other hotel or guest house at exceptionally comfortable rates. Each Room being a Duplex bedroom with the bed and the personal space on top overlooking the sitting and the living room areas. More than 15 people can stay comfortably in one single room, but we only permit upto 10 at the moment, unless exceptionally permission is provided before arrival of the guest. Rooms are super lavish and stylish for couples where as extremely economical and luxurious for large groups wanting to spend time together.4. All possible amenities one can ask for. TV, AC, Fridge, Extra Beddings, Wifi, Internet, Restaurant, Bar, Cafe, Room Service, etc.5. Door step services are provided for anything desired. A pickup from the airport, Arranging for a taxi, bike, car or any other conveyance. Provisions for Guides, Shows, Water sports, Cruise shows, dolphin sights, etc.6. Room service of Phenomenal food at no extra cost.7. 3-4 mins walk to a 24 hr medical store.8. Some of the best food in town at the restaurant.9. I came to WTF with my family - 4 adults and 2 kids. We took the suite which was beautifully decorated with a lot of thought. It’s not a star hotel but the ambience , the details all have been done with a lot of though. We had the staff lay out our extra mattress without even us reminding. The reception phone was always picked up with a warm hello and your request immediately serviced. The food is simple awesome. We tried the kingfish fry and masala and it was heavenly. They arranged transport for us which was very economical. The owners themselves were serving guests throughout the day. Absolutely love their zeal. Keep it up folks. I will surely recommend this hotel to many

Worst Management for such a nice property
Reviewed By Ana612198The property is located in beautiful location but the pain area is the management behaviour. Check in time is 12 but we had to wait till 4pm to get a room. We booked 3 rooms with sea view but got only one and the other two rooms had restaurant and jungle view. We tried to speak with the owner, Loren/Lorraine who was too rude to accommodate any request for a change in room as we were told that we can leave the place if we do not like it. Since it was a weekend and we were around 10 people it was difficult to take a decision like that and had to adjust. The property and the restaurant staffs are really nice, but some steps should be taken for the management who does not bother once booking is done.

Hotel has an in-house discotheque which is very active with good crowd and lively ambience. Entry for in-house guest is complimentary but preferable to take the 2000/- couple package with unlimited drinks. Our Part Suites were quite spacious, themed with laser lights & colours and having nice balcony. Bathroom is a bit small and dimly lit, which can be improved. Room service is excellent and reasonable priced. Pool is fantastic. Breakfast spread is adequate. Special mention about the front desk staff who are quite helpful and very courteous, especially Ms Dona. Also would like to appreciate the efforts of Ms Joshabeth & Mr Durgesh.

Reviewed By Vishi17I had wonderful gateway with wife and son in Goa at this resort. The place is amazing with large size rooms with huge balconies for partying. The pool is big, clean and well maintained. Location is great as it's within vicinity of Goa famous tourist spot. Service was impeccable by all staff. Manish,Sunita ,Deepa and all team is just one call away for your help. Just few suggestions- Wifi need to be improved and there should before variety for breakfast. All the best team...... See you soon..

Each room is fully self contained and elegantly furnished and features individual air conditioning, King Size Bed, Mini Fridge, LCD TV With Settlite Connection, Free Wifi Facility & Attached Toilet bathroom.

Reviewed By ThesolotravellercoFirstly, It’s a guest house and not any hotel, the picture shown in the images doesn’t match, rooms are dingy, old and stinking. Poor hygiene and maintenance. I booked the hotel for 2 nights but the moment I saw the room condition I refused to check-in as it was a sheer cheating. The manager/ owner was not present and was managing everything over on phone. 2 boys on the counter were drunk, had no clue about their job and were just acting puppets. After my day long journey, I reached the hotel at about 7 PM and they didn’t even show any hospitality. The manager was not at all sensitive of the fact that where will I go at that hour. I asked them to give me the room which doesn’t have seepage issue and has proper ventilation but they didn’t give any resolution to this so I had to refuse to check in as I didn’t want that I stay at such place and get sick later on. The manger didn’t respond properly nor they refunded my money. Their neighbours said it’s a usual thing with this place they are not sensitive and has zero credibility. Guys! There are many other better options nearby which are new properties and has nice and clean rooms.

Reviewed By AamijajaborThis serviced apartment in Dona paula bang opposite Cidade de Goa is a hidden gem . Its located in a quiet area, the architecture has a Greek vibe. The facilities are excellent cooktop , washing machine, water purifier microwave ,refrigerator et al. Priscilla & Alka were very helpful. There is a nice cafe opposite the road & The Yellow chilli below. Perfect for a nice vacation. For us a 1 night stay was totally value for money.
