I underwent a two weeks rejuvenation treatment at Dr. Mahesh's Ayurvedic centre. Dr. Mahesh and his team of dedicated doctors, therapists and support staff have provided excellent treatment and care that made me feel special throughout the stay. I came out fully rejuvenated with remarkable improvement in all aspects of my health. The facility is very clean, self-contained and very suitable for international clientele. The vegetarian diet is also modulated to the western palate. I rate this facility and its services outstanding!

My parents and I stayed in Ayur Hermitage for about 12 days and we couldn't be more satisfied with the service we received. The doctors were very professional and took a personal approach to find the right diet and treatment to suit us all best. The Ayurvedic food was delicious with large portions. We always felt full but at the same time losing kilos, plus they gave us some good advise to continue our healthy habits and continue losing weight once we are back home. I felt that my body, mind and skin feels much clearer after being there. Both my parents and I lost about 5-6 kg each and still counting. We found that to be very good for just a 12 day stay. The retreat had a very cosy atmosphere and almost felt like you were at home with such kind people around you. The rooms were always clean and tidy and the staff were very attentive if something was required. I had a fully air conditioned room with hot water and WIFI. The massage and treatments were excellent and I had most lovely lady with over 10 years experience doing my massage. We are all back in rainy Europe now, but our hearts and minds are very much still there. We are looking forward to returning one day and doing it all over again.Can not wait!! Lots of love, Family R.

Relaxation ,rejuvenation. These by a professionally trained group of down to earth doctors amd nurses. The male therapist was humble , understood clients requirements. Chief doctor is a busy doctor. But teh power and energy she passes on to the team and us. She makes medicines upto date. And junuor doctors and nurses apply it. We may not get a good description of the use of treatments from the staff for sometimes the nurses appear cluelss on why the pack. Junior doctors will give an explanation. But i tell u catch hold of the doctor and clear your doubts. The other clients had zero doubts fir they were just happy with the changes each day. But as i had taken panchakarma ...have been taking for the last 8 years almost consecutive with a year break on 2016, from manybother hospitals and finding the rituals of Pranaavam so different, i was curious. Dr.AthiraShiji gave a complete explanation of the treatments and she even gave us a cistomised diet chart after a week of ending treatment. This clinic, undoubtedly is the best, the very best choice if you have some medical conditions. Rooms are neat and clean. If pranavam is thriving on word of mouth,give credits to the doctor and her team.
