Met with Family over Thanksgiving and stayed at the Waldorf. Beautiful hotel, historic and well managed. Albeit, a bit noisy on weekends. Service was extrordinary, and top notch. Since the hotel is so old, but smartly renovated, it maintains it's old world charm! This is a worthy destination for your NOLA travels.

This was our 13th visit to the Windsor Court Hotel’s Spa, though it was almost a year, since we last visited it. Even when we are not staying at the Windsor Court (not very common), we usually use their lovely Spa. As per usual, we had a “couples massage,” and then manicures. Our technicians were all excellent, and the entire spa area both lovely, and relaxing, especially with the Christmas decorations. We did have to look to find the “hiding place” for the little stuffed Bulldog puppy, which has become the Spa’s “mascot.” I think that during the Holidays, the staff was playing a game of “Elf on the Shelf,” with the Bulldog? My massage therapist had a great touch, with just the correct amount of pressure, and my wife stated the same for her therapist. The Spa is located on the 4th floor, just beyond the “rooftop pool.” Being a rather cool December day, we did not spend any time around the pool. The actual Spa area is tranquil, and softly lit. We heard no noise when in the reception area, or in the various treatment rooms. Once more, we were very pleased, and keep the Windsor Court Spa at the very top of our list, when in New Orleans. We will be visiting again in May.

Words can not describe the exceptional service provided at all times. It is just so authentic by everyone that works here and please know that we are not famous and definitely not rich. We drive up to valet and our Paradise extravaganza begins and it doesn’t end until we get in our car and hit Canal Street headed back home!!!!! My husband requests to come here every year for his birthday because he feels like he is part of the family. We get here and never leave the Club level. The Ritz Carlton of New Orleans is our perfect combination of first class and quality!!! We pay more for the Club level but it never disappoints!! Thank you Kathy, Dashanique, and Sunday! Your love extended to my husband on his birthday is priceless and is forever cherished !!! Thank you to the leaders of this hotel because it takes a great leader to ensure greatness permeates throughout!!!
