I’ve been traveling through Colombia which included some climbing and hiking and had extremely sore calves. Called on a Sunday morning and got an appointment from the front desk on the same day (yay! they speak English- I unfortunately have almost zero Spanish). I arrived, they gave me slippers and changed into a shirt and Thai pants in a little locker area where you can lock up your personal belongings. Massage was amazing. She was a true Thai lady (well spoken English too), stretched me and worked my aches and pains. The setting and ambiance is beautiful and tranquil. After the massage, she guided me to a little sitting area for some tea and fruit. Thank you all so much. Don’t hesitate to hop in an Uber and get to Baw Thai/ Lotus for a traditional Thai massage. Warning to those who have not had a Thai massage, it’s intense and very deep, so not for those who are sensitive.

We really enjoyed this yoga and meditation class with Yoga Bakata. The atmosphere with the meditation was wonderful and yoga dynamic with adjustments as needed. The teacher spoke both English and Spanish which worked well for the small class -8 people. Highly recommended for a class in La Candelaria in Bogota.

My techniques are Thai influenced but also what I have learnt over the years. Like any job, you learn more the longer you do it. I try to assist my clients in every way I can because a client's well-being is all-encompassing: nutrition, exercise, psychological etc. So I take a more holistic approach. I try to find out a little bit about my clients, what job they do, what exercise regime they follow, if any etc to better serve them.
