We did a private wine country tour with Francesco in October 2019 (it has taken me entirely too long to write this review). We had a great time with Francesco. He is so personable and was so much fun to spend the day with. Ask him to tell you the story of why there are black roosters on Chianti Classico wine bottles. Francesco is very professional, was able to accommodate a change in plans based on our preferences, and delivered top-notch service throughout the day. If (when) we go back to Florence, we will be giving Francesco a call!

As was the case 5 years ago, our transfers with Astarita from Naples to Sorrento and from Sorrento to Rome went smoothly. We were picked up from our hotel in Sorrento and driven down to Marina Grande where our private boat arrived. Had a great time onboard, towels and prosecco provided and plenty of room to relax and sunbathe. Our skipper recommend a great place for lunch on Capri which we both enjoyed. Great weather, fantastic way to see the Sorrento coast and Capri. Thank you!

This is a full day, departing at 9am and returning about 5pm. The trip goes from the port in Sorrento to Marina Piccola, on Capri. On our trip, there were 7 passengers, 4 separate groups. Refreshments are available inc in the price. On the way, the driver and guide (Vincenzo on our trip) point out the famous landmarks. You stop for photos and a swim (step off stern on the Boat) Arriving at Capri, you get off onto a dinghy that takes you the 20 or 30 yards or so to the jetty. You then have a light lunch at the da Gioia Restaurant included, or buy a bigger meal if you wish. After that, you have a few hours on your own, with the intent that you take the short walk up to the bus (or taxi if you prefer) and go into Capri town. After returning to the Boat, the next stage is to continue around the island, to see the other sights, including the option to jump onto smaller boats that will take you into the blue grotto (separate payment). Then it’s around the Island and back to Sorrento, with views of Ischia and Napoli. The Driver and guide were both very attentive and kindly, manoeuvring the boat so all on board got the photos they wanted. A great day.

Here you will have free time to explore the centre, visit the beautiful Church of the Assumption near the Big Beach and also the choice to have lunch in good local Restaurant that we will suggest you. The last stop will be at the Archeological site of Pompeii, where you can visit the ruins for 2 hours with an official licensed guide that we will arrange on your behalf. The tour will end at the port in the afternoon at 16:30.

Booking was easy and we received prompt replies to our queries. We missed our original flight due to a motorway closure for a serious RTA. We messaged Tony as soon as we knew we were not going to make it and although he had already set off to collect us he happily rearranged both our pick up and departure at no extra cost. He was waiting at the airport when we arrived. The journey was comfortable and interesting with all Tony's facts along the way. The same on the way back. Tony speaks perfect English so communication is easy. Overall very professional, clean and Covid aware. He also made us feel relaxed after a very bad start to the trip. Thank you Tony.

We decided last minute that we wanted to do this trip. I called Alberto at 11pm the night before! He picked up and organised everything for 10am the next morning! He was incredibly friendly and made the planning so easy. The boat was amazing and was made to feel like our boat for the day. We have had a perfect transfer yesterday with Marco from Sorrento to Napoli Airport. Marco was very kind and gave a lot of information about the region. It was a nice goodbye trip from the lovely Amalfi Coast. We booked the full day Amalfi-Positano tour and can highly recommend booking with buyourtour. Communication from beginning to end was great with the team always being available for questions. The guides were knowledgeable and fluent in numerous languages so that every passenger could ask as many questions about the Amalfi coast as they wanted. There were unlimited drinks and an actual good sandwich (different from the 2 slices of toast you usually get on tours line this). There is sufficient time to visit both Amalfi and Positano and the small groups also allow for flexibility on swimming stops. I also really appreciated the measures taken re COVID and felt safe throughout the trip. Definitely recommend spending the extra money and not going on a big ferry considering all reasons above!

Picked up on time from our hotel. The boat was nice and not too many people on it. Drinks provided throughout the trip and a sandwich, although we chose to eat in Amalfi. The tour assistant was friendly and spoke perfect English. Great way to see the different parts of the Sorrento/Amalfi coast in one day. Good amount of time spent in each location too!
