This church has a particular history as the choir with the Altarpiece fell down as the limestone cliff it stood on fell in the sea in 1928. The Altarpiece has been partly restored and is now shown in a side chapel but rather than replacing a new choir and altarpiece they have left it open to look straight out at sea. It’s now a beautiful piece of reminiscent architecture with a great room including the view. Well worth visiting while in Stevns.

Stevns Fyr er opført af kridtsten fra Stevns Klint i 1878. Fyret er offentligt tilgængeligt og giver med sine 27 meters højde en mageløs udsigt over marker og hav. Stevns Fyr ligger smukt på kanten af Stevns Klint. Her kan du på klintens højeste punkt besøge de to fyr og se rester fra Den Kolde Krig. Om foråret og efteråret kan du opleve imponerende fugletræk, for hver år trækker millioner af fugle forbi Stevns Fyr. Det er også muligt at se en udstilling om Stevns Klint UNESCO Verdensarv og klintens geologi. Udstillingen er åben og gratis

Ranestedet er et mindre egnshus bygget i 1778. Det er i dag indrettet med samme udseende som 60-70 ar siden. Til huset hører en mindre park med en flot udsigt til Tryggevælde A. I parken er borde og bænke med mulighed for en besøgende at nyde en medbragt madkurv. Huset har en unik historie helt tilbage fra 1200-tallet. Der er abent for gratis rundvisning i sommerperioden onsdag fra 10-13

John Khan - Metal and Uranium. In the gallery there is a cafe like interior, with space for 50 people where it is possible to bring food and drink.
