La Dama is a family run winery: we produce our organic wines using only the grapes that come from our vineyards and we give our guests the chance to experience our world through guided tours and wine-tastings.
This was a delightful opportunity to visit a local and very friendly, family run vineyard. Our host gave us a tour of the cellars, then carefully explained the wine making processes for each wine that we sampled. His enthusiasm for producing high quality Valpolicella wines was obvious and infectious !. Thank you for your hospitality and a most memorable evening !

Libreria Antiquaria Perini was founded in Como in 1968 by Carlo and Ruth Perini, who moved to Verona in 1970 and in 1972 based the gallery in via Sciesa 11. It's now ruled by Alberto and Marcus Perini, the second generation in this family-business, with the help of Marcus' wife Antonella. We published 50 catalogues of antique and rare books, maps, decorative prints and old masters. We recently increased our inventory and interests opening a window on the modern market of contemporary masters and vintage posters.

Just a few steps away from the Arena there is a small shop where top quality leather and Italian natural fabrics turn into unique handbags and clothes. Gloria & Laura are waiting for you! We will make you feel like home.
I visited this shop last week with one of my friend, she bought some beautiful clothes! You can find here bags and clothes, natural and sustainable. Very suggested!

It's no wonder that this is one of the most historic and picturesque squares in Italy: in antiquity, it served as a Roman forum; today, it contains many historic buildings, sculptures with a popular and colorful market overflowing with fresh fruits and vegetables.
Lovely little square with plenty of restaurants, shops & market stalls, can get busy at times, great area for having a drink & people watching
