Her work depicts everyday people as the main characters, and brings attention to the conflicts and experiences that shape societies, with a hopeful outlook. Also on display in this bright and welcoming atmosphere are her ceramic murals, plates, vases, glazed tiles and mosaics. On weekends, visits only by appointment.

This is a must see gallery with a great mission. The studio’s mission is to bring to light the work done by local residents that havemental illnesses that otherwise would not be consider artists at all. They also try to influence the Cuban health care system to consider art as a therapy for this marginalized individuals. Great place to purchase local art too.
