Reviewed By L9281HLjennifercHubby and I booked our 10 night stay with Mandarava through Luxury Escapes and stayed an additional 2 days. We had the most amazing stay at Mandarava. The staff there were amazing and so helpful. Duke made our check in very easy (even at 10pm), Judi was helpful in our wish to upgrade our room and Mr Beer makes the most amazing Mango Daquiri's! We first stayed in a Panoramic Deluxe room for two nights and the last 10 nights in a Sea Pearl Private Pool Access room. Both were amazing in their own way. The surroundings are lush and tropical, the air even smells sweet thanks to all the flowering plants. It is about a 10 minute walk to the beach but the lush surrounds of the jungle outweighs the beach being a small distance away. Yes, there is a bit of up/down hill to get to rooms, pool, restaurant - but the team is always very helpful and ready to give you a ride to your room from the reception area. You can also call them to request a pick up from your room if the downhill walk is not your forte. It's a pretty fun ride in a tuk tuk type vehicle. The pools are amazing and very well kept. They are beautiful and the perfect depth/temperature. There are pool towels available and lots of sun lounges to choose from. The restaurant had a great buffet breakfast with a pancake/waffle station, soup station, hot foods, omelet bar, cereal, toast and pastry, and fruit section. The view from the restaurant is quite lovely. We had two very relaxing massages (thank you Apple and team). We also enjoyed the floating brekkie and afternoon tea which we took in our private pool access. Definitely a worthwhile experience. I highly recommend Mandarava for you next stay in Phuket. We are definitely planning on booking there again. It is a very beautiful and relaxing place to be.

Price is reasonable Location just few step from the beautiful karon beach Staff is excellent and very much eager to make your stay memorable.. specially front desk staff Mr.PK.. is very good Lots of kids friendly entertainment... There are multiple swiming pool... The large with two large waterslide..my kids loved it..another pool with pool bar..and on fantastic pool for toddler.. Parking is huge..can park car free of charge Overall a great stay....

Reviewed By Pauline TMy husband and I returned to Pacific Club after 3 yrs. The menu has been revamped and is better than ever. Prices may be a little more than the street cafes and vendors but at least you know that its cooked in a clean kitchen with no risk of 'Thailand tummy'. It was like returning home to see smiling faces where nothing is ever too much trouble! Buffet breakfast is fantastic with everything you could want. Room was a good size, bed was comfortable and house keeping daily leaving bottled water to drink. The roof top pool is our favourite place to relax and cool down on those humid days. The view from the pool is picturesque with the mountains that surround on one side and the sea on the other. Beautiful frangipani trees surround the pool making it even more special. A 10 minute walk to Karon to enjoy daily massages and shopping for trinkets or snacks for the evening Netflix movie. Can't wait to see everyone again in September. Wouldn't stay anywhere else. Surrounded by nature and gorgeous ocean and lovely other restaurants. We will be coming back as soon as we can.

I stayed in Pool Access room and upon check in got a warm welcome from Receptionist, Tidy and Clean room from Housekeeping and was a beautiful breakfast from Shovel. The hotel itself is cozy and warm it’s suite for all purpose of travel either Friends or Family even for workcation will not disappoint because hotel got everything! Huge pool, Spa and faaaaaaast Wi-Fi And of course I will definitely come back !

Reviewed By G8156HOcarolmWe stayed for 3 nights and in the sea view room it was lovely and big very clean with everything you need in there was on a busy road but there was no noise really after 11pm trees over the road on beach so not really direct view of sea but a lovely view anyway

Reviewed By SohailAJEFantastic stay. The staff were excellent at this hotel. They are what makes this hotel great. They were helpful with anything I asked. Also I never had to wait long for the shuttle which you need to get around what is a pretty big resort. Also the shuttle can take guests back and forth from the other Centara resort close by, which has a gym you can use as Centara Villas doesn't have one. Breakfast is also excellent....it's a la carte and they are verrrrrry generous with servings. They never say no to any request and the breakfast terrace is lovely to eat at. Also in room dining is great too....food arrives fast and is delicious. Room was great. We stayed in a pool villa. The view was fantastic and the private pool area was a great place to chill (when it wasn't raining). The bed was comfortable. There were some areas they could improve on. The TV had a poor selection of English TV channels and while the bathroom was spacious and overall nice, the shower could have done with a more heavy duty curtain to prevent water spillage.

Reviewed By M5960HJelainehThis was a lovely clean budget hotel to stay in. Wonderful friendly staff, lovely swimming pools, great breakfasts and the whole complex is beautifully maintained. Location was very convenient for us. Would not hesitate to stay here next visit to Phuket. If you are after the more fancier accommodation, this is not the place for you. Remember- you get what you pay for. As we are budget minded travellers, it met our needs well.
