Booking Reference: 710980898....Suppose to go to lagos...they never showed at the Port nor did they answer the phone...Can't figure how to get my refund but basically Trip Advisor has NO where on the Help desk to facilitate refunds....nor can you reach a real live human...i'm done with them.....No follow up.

We spend a long afternoon and evening with Filipe and it was wonderful. I highly recommend him. We visited Sintra and the amazing Perla Palace , the Quinta Regaleira and had the lovely pastry specialty of Sintra. Filipe is a very pleasant charming person to be with, he is very knowledgeable about, the area, the sites, the history and so much more. Time flies with him. We ended the evening in a great fish and seafood restaurant hanging on the side of a cliff Azenhas do Mar. If you are in Lisbon take one of his tours and enjoy.

Fatima and Sintra are truly two of the most wonderful places in the planet. The spirituality of Fatima and the mysticism of Sintra with its magical fairytale palaces, made the top on our favorite places in the world list. Without a plan, 4 friends and I went on a day trip to Sintra in March. Already got off the train some guides were waiting and wanted to lead us through Sintra. But we wanted coffee first. On the way to the cafeteria, another guide offered us his tour - but we went on. Because we wanted coffee. However, this guide did not let up and so we booked a tour with him after the coffee. Not knowing that this day would be the funniest of our semesters abroad, we set off on the trip. Ruben showed us untouristic places, combined with a lot of knowledge which he taught us. Spontaneously we went to cabo da roca - unbelievable! All in all a wonderful day with great experiences! Highly recommended! Thank you Ruben!

Amazing trip with this tour. It is my third time visiting the caves and first with this company. We were able to go right into the caves with the boat, the guide was extremely knowledgeable about the history of the area. Environmentally friendly, comfortable. Excellent two hours. Can't wait to go again during the summer!

We were fortunate to have booked with Johnny´s Tours. Our guide and driver was impeccably attentive and correct. Thank you so much Joau for your patience.All our questions were answered as he was very knowledgeable about the history of Silves and its surroundings without this tour we would not be able to discover certain places that he showed us. Lunch was delicious and the restaurant staff was wonderful. in the end of the day we end up in a fishing village having green wine and roasted octopus we will recommend Joau to our friends. Can´t wait to return.
