This is an excellent cultural tour organized by Ben. He is a very friendly and experienced guy who can speak the Himba language. He also gave us a short drive to Etosha National Park after visiting the Himba Village. The village itself is definitely worth visiting. You can learn a lot about the tribe culture, the way they live and help boost their economy by buying their handcraft. These people are so poor but the children there are still so welcoming and happy. This is a must for everyone to see and experience coming from a richer country. To conclude, It is very memorable and interesting to learn about this tribe, a very unique experience you can only find in Namibia. Highly recommend this visit with tour guide Ben. You will definitely miss a lot if you are visiting Namibia but never visited the Himba

Recently, we travelled through Namibia with Ultimate Safaris, the trip was very well organized. We spent 17 days in a private tour visiting the most amazing parks and landscapes. Additionally, we stayed in amazing lodges such as The Fort, Okonjima. The highlights were Obdulia Ridge, a lodge in between the rocks, with exquisite attention and excellent food. Also the Andbeyond Sossusvlei Desert Lodge, this is a must visit lodge with great views, food, attention and sightseeing. A must do trip before you die. Our private tour guide/driver, Peter Nuugonya, great knowledge and very experienced guide. The weird thing happen because Peter only looked at my wife when we talked, even if I asked a question he answered looking at her, weird isn’t it? However, don’t let this weird anecdote spoil a great trip

We were tired from extensive touring (three travelers) and thought of skipping this township visit. Are we glad we decided to join Nande Junia's 1/2 day explorer tour! Our guide was kind, informative, and had planned an interesting visit to one of Namibia's townships. "Township" being the local explanation in Africa for a town/village of minimally economic development. For the poorest citizens, basically with outdoor plumbing, very small living area, and few services. Here in Namibia, in this community, we discovered that Swakopmund was well maintained and harbored many interesting sights. Entrepreneurship all around, from the ladies who taught "clicking" to tourists to the a capella choir, singing for us during our homemade lunch in another house, we spent 4 hours being captivated by this slice of Africa. I recommend heartily this tour group. First-class all the way.
