Highly disappointed I travel first time on 31-mar-21 kanpur to delhi washroom are very dirty and and no any safety for covid-19 and going delay by one hour from kanpur to delhi TFT screen are available on each sheet but they are not working on any sheet in train these create more anger please remove them if you can't manage . There is no any Stoppage from kanpur to delhi thats why it is not stope on any station but stop any where out side the station It is better that you make stoppage at ghaziabad so that so many people who want to left can leave and save there time,

Flying from Sydney to the one and only Agra home of Taj Mahal, Anshu were very helpful during our visit, 6/5 he is very kind and very informative and knowledgeable about the Taj.
